The apartment was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool area was pretty and well maintained. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. There were very few dishes and silverware in the kitchen. There was not a single washcloth in the unit. I made the reservation and got a confirmation, but then received no more information. I called Upstay and they were helpful, but wish I had gotten more info by email about the check-in process and that info would be coming the day of check-in.
