When I called hotel staff before check in, they told to come. However, when I arrived at hotel, staffs told that my booked room was given to someone else and they told that they have no information about it. So irresponsible behaviour of hotel despite advance booking. Due to these scenarios I have to face lot of difficulties in finding new hotel as there was too much rush due to long weekend. Pathetic hotel and terrible service.
