2/10 Poor
The reality is that the place is nothing like it looks in the photos . We arrived at 3:45 PM, as check-in was at 3 PM like everywhere else, but it wasn't available yet because they were "cleaning"—that wasn't the problem. The problem was that the place still smelled terrible, like an old, dirty mop. The place was filthy, the beds smelled of sweat, the walls were stained, the curtains were torn, the towels smelled musty—in short, very disappointing. It wasn't just the place that was bad, but also Expedia, since I'm a Gold member. I filed a complaint, and they refused to move me to another hotel. My family and I had to stay there!
