Absolutely beautiful resort, stunning in every way. Rooms and amenities were fabulous, staff were extraordinary helpful and available at any time. Food was disappointing for the prices- outrageous bar and wine prices and both restaurants were not what I would expect from a property of this level. I would stay again in a heartbeat but would most likely eat and drink offsite (surprisingly good options close by for much better prices and quality).

Borgo San Felice is a truly special experience in Tuscany. Staying there feels like being in a small Tuscan village, surrounded by beautiful scenery. Everything is thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained, preserving the authenticity and atmosphere of the place while offering all the comfort of a top-level hotel. The service also deserves special recognition: professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming. I would, however, like to give particular praise to the reservations and management team. We had an issue related to a reservation and, although the hotel was under no obligation to make an exception, the team showed a level of understanding and care that genuinely surprised us. They went out of their way to find a solution and did far more than we expected to ensure that everything was resolved in the best possible way. This kind of attitude is uncommon and says a great deal about how Borgo San Felice treats its guests. The quality of a great hotel is shown not only when everything goes perfectly, but also in the way its team handles unexpected situations. And this was precisely when Borgo San Felice impressed us the most. We left delighted with the experience and would certainly love to return.

An unforgettable stay in Tuscany!** Our stay at Borgo San Felice was truly incredible from beginning to end. From the moment our private driver picked us up at the train station and brought us through the beautiful Tuscan countryside to the resort, everything felt seamless and special. The property itself is absolutely breathtaking pictures truly don’t do it justice. We enjoyed dinner on the property, a wonderful couples massage, a private wine tour and tasting, and a relaxing pool day. We especially loved the live piano music in the evenings; it added such a romantic and elegant touch to the entire experience. The service was one of the highlights of our stay. A special shout-out to **Herman at the pool**, who was always attentive and completely on point with everything we needed. We also had an amazing experience at **Poggio Rosso**, where **Matia provided top-notch service** and made our Michelin-starred dinner feel even more memorable. Every detail from the beautiful grounds and peaceful atmosphere to the food, wine, spa, and exceptional hospitality—made our time here unforgettable. Borgo San Felice gave us exactly the Tuscany experience we were hoping for and more. We absolutely loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! 🇮🇹🍷✨

My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon. The property is extremely beautiful and well kept, like out of a painting. The staff is polite attentive and welcoming. Spa treatments were very good. We didn’t even have good weather and we would highly recommend.

Wow wow wow. What a place. Absolutely phenomenal stay here. The grounds and hotel are absolutely fabulous. I read some review around staff attitude but can honestly say I never experienced this at all. Everyone was very polite and helpful in the bar and restaurants. George on reception was particularly lovely and helpful. The food and drinks were beautiful. I also did the wine tasting during my stay which was also wonderful. I will definitely be back.

Just book it, the accommodations, staff, venue are absolutely amazing. Easy day trips to Siena, San Gimignano and a great little gem, Monteriggioni if you have the time and want a less touristy medieval feel. We will definitely be back.

Borgo San Felice was absolutely beautiful. The grounds, the room, the surrounding area, everything was out of a dream. We did find the staff to be sub par however. When we checked in, we were given a tour of the property but weren’t told there was a winery that also has tours and tastings. Has we known this, we wouldn’t have spent a hefty sum to go on a wine tour to only 1 winery 40 minutes away. Also, when booking transportation through the hotel it was expensive (probably because of the very nice cars provided) but the price seemed negotiable which was strange and gave a feeling that prices were not set. Elena at guest relations was SO helpful and was able to squeeze us in for a tasting on our last day before check out. Everyone at the wine tasting room were great, Nina did our tasting and she was knowledgeable and made a great experience. Overall, very beautiful, amazing scenery, staff organization and customer service could improve, and keep in mind that this is pricier than other areas in Tuscany. Also if you come here, you MUST make a reservation at La Bottega del 30. This wasn’t dinner but a dining experience and the chef/owner Helene is amazing.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé ! La chambre était propre et confortable, avec un joli balcon pour profiter du soleil.
