Excellent the best hotel I have ever stayed in lovely clean room friendly helpful staff a nice bar lounge area that served local draught beer it was perfect

I've stayed here a few times before. It’s centrally located, but since it’s tucked away by trees and a small park, it's much quieter than other hotels nearby. The staff is great and breakfast was good. That said, the rooms are showing their age. The flooring especially needs replacing, as it's been damaged by humidity from the shower capsule.

I liked everything, I used to stay in this hotel when in Almaty when it was even different name. I like everything starting from location and ending with slippers.

6/10 Good

I wouldn’t bother staying here again. The shower and toilet are like a temporary fixture in the bedroom. The plastic shower flooring was falling apart and there was mould in the corner of the shower. The room smelled of smoke at check in (I booked a non smoking room). The gym is fairly embarrassing to say the least. Location was convenient and breakfast is fairly standard - nothing to write home about (nor “award winning” per their advertisements)

Good hotel

The room was nice. The bed was confortable to lay on. The location was good you can easily walk around the city but there was no nearby convenient store. They have separated bathroom and toilet which we didnt like. No bidet. Amenities are always available.

The room was not only clean but also super comfortable and well equipped. It felt cozy. Staff was super nice and helpful. I would love to stay in this hotel again. On top of this, there are many fantastic restaurants at walking distance.

Fantastic property. The staff at the front desk could be a bit less robotic and learn a more friendly demeanor, otherwise everything about the property was amazing.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. To my surprise, they even congratulated me on my birthday during breakfast! It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture that made my day extra special. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

I would have given a better rating but my room had no curtains other than a thin white curtain. It was daytime by 4:30 and could not sleep any more. Informed the front desk in the morning and she said the rooms usually have curtains and did not know why mine did not have any. In any case it was a poor experience.

部屋は広くきれいでとても良く、ほぼ快適な滞在でした。 ただ、廊下を歩く人の話し声や隣の部屋から音楽など音がかなり聞こえたことだけ不快でした。 朝食も種類豊富で美味しくいただきました。
