We enjoyed this place. An easy drive or Uber to downtown. I didn’t realize we needed to do a check in process prior to getting there which took about 10 minutes. Do the check in before so you aren’t standing at the door like us trying to get in lol. The place was very nice and clean. I got a text saying if I needed anything, I could text that number if I needed anything which was nice. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

I was injured on my stay and recieved a nasty cut across my knuckle due to poor design in the hallways and exposed metal and almost severing my knuckle from my finger. Bled all over the hotel, lost a whole night of doing things and going out. Was impossible to find anyone to help me, spent $50 on medical supplies. Their solution was to offer me less than 1 nights stay worth of a refund and 10% on my next stay. Will not be staying here again. Also impossile to contact anyone if you have issues with literally anything. Pool was nice.

Bed was very comfortable, HVAC worked well and was quiet, apartment was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy and felt safe and secure. The surrounding area is pretty sketchy, lots of gang graffiti and abandoned buildings with some homeless sleeping areas, so not somewhere you would walk around after dark. My biggest complaint was you could constantly hear clumping footsteps from the unit right above, so that was a bit annoying. We never got the pre-check-in email, so we were delayed trying to figure out why we couldn't get in the door. I'm really not a fan of total electronic check-in, I still like a human presence, sorry. But after several phone calls and 40 minutes, it got squared away. I found the 4 pm check in a bit late, convenience-wise, though. I mean come on, 3 pm is late enough, people!

The two-bedroom suite was perfect for an affordable weekend trip to Nashville with friends. We loved the workout room and rooftop lap pool with loungers and outdoor furniture. The property is located in a former industrial neighborhood that is up-and-coming. There are restaurants nearby or you can prepare meals in your suite. The property is a quick drive or Uber ride to downtown Broadway and the Country Music Hall of Fame. Parking is onsite and shaded. Secure building.
