Amazing weekend getaway

Fantastic getaway destination for a weekend stay (and more). Hotel location is great with hikes nearby and the hotel courtyard, pool and other facilities are amazing! We had two small kids and were worried that their play and shouts might not be met with the warmest feedback but the hotel staff was super welcoming. Special thanks to Frau Renate who was so warm to us all!

Nice staff, well equipped hotel and restaurant

Great if only stay even for one night during a business trip. I had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Definitely the most expensive dish of pasta I ever had. There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming pool and a quite decent fitness room are available as well. Very nice landscape in the surrounding area with plenty of paths to walk dinner off before it gets dark.

1 night stay

The Hotel is very cute and clean, The village is very cute as well. Getting to Bad Bertrich is a little difficult if you don't pay close attention to road signs and directions. The street that the Hotel is on is very tiny. Being from America, I am used to wider streets. With that said, it was a fantastic experience and would totally visit again if I return to this part of Germany.

Te weinig personeel bij het ontbijt. Fruit bij het ontbijt was slecht. Dit hadden wij thuis in de vuilnisbak gedaan. Parkeren in de parkeergarage vonden de meeste gasten eng omdat de ingang erg smal was. Honden toelaten bij het ontbijt is niet zoals het hoort. Soms hele grote honden.

Dette er et fantastisk flott hotell. Det er et spahotell, og beliggenheten i den lille byen Bad Beatric er veldig fin. Det er trange gater, så det var kanskje litt vanskelig å finne frem, men vi fikk parkering i et lite parkeringshus like ved. Veldig trangt i parkeringshuset, men vi klarte å navigere det. Det er lurt å være tidlig ute for å få parkeringsplass. Det er noen parkeringsplasser litt lenger unna også, men det var nok litt utfordrende hvis man – hvis det er mange på hotellet. Frokosten var super på hotellet, og det er en fin frokostterrasse i gården man kan sitte bak, som er omkranset av en hage. Eller, det er en hage i bakgården der, og det ser ut som et slott. Det er koselig gågate nedover hele Bad Bertrich også. Alt sammen virket rent og pent, og veldig classy. Det eneste jeg må si, er at jeg synes hotellet kunne gitt oss beskjed om at det er begrensede åpningstider for matservering søndag og mandag. Jeg skriver mer om det i anmeldelsen av stedet.

Hyggeligt hotel i nogle meget rolige omgivelse - hvis man søger ro, så er det her du skal til. Lækkert wellness område på hotellet. Vi kommer gerne igen. Dog trækker sengens tilstand ned - den vi sov i var en 140 cm seng med hul i midten.

Dommage l"année passée hotel super mais cette année catastrophe . Accueil lamentable du jamais vue une receptioniste qui ne donne aucunes infos . Bref je ne reviendrai plus ,la piscine reste quand meme très bien. La ville a l"air en declin beaucoup de fermeture de commerces. Triste ambiance. Les villes thermale n"ont plus la cote la vie est du coté de la moselle Cochem
