Overall a good place, the check-in and out process was simple and the support from the staff was available. The room needed a bit of fresh air but otherwise was above average in its offering.

10/10 Exceptional

We had a great stay at RIU Plaza Panama. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of options. The location is convenient, and while the hotel doesn’t have many resort-style amenities, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Overall, it offers great value, and I would definitely stay here again.

Verified review

10/10 Exceptional

Beautiful hotel, staff and room were great. Complementary buffet breakfast rivalled a 5-star resort. A bit pricey at hotel bars and restaurant but that is to be expected in a down-town premium hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Hotel is conveniently and centrally located. Breakfast buffet is pricey but varied selections excellent and tasty. Waiters Gabriel (poolside) and Erick (breakfast) are both great! I would definitely stay here again.

RIu hotel is excellent, they have great rooms, the location is good, breakfast was very good. My only complain and reason for not getting full excellent rating is that the tv set was old and the images ere blurry.
