The apartment itself was wonderfully located, clean, and safe. The communication prior to check in was ridiculous. I was messaged no less than 5 times regarding payment request for cleaning fees that had already been paid. Then in the middle of the night the night before I was to check in, I was sent a message saying my payment for the apartment had been declined. I paid two months earlier and it was processed just fine. There was ZERO communication after that message so I had no idea whether I was even going to be able to check in that day. Upon arrival, we found that there was no soap of any kind to wash dishes, hands or anything else. There was half a roll of toilet paper and one tiny packet of shampoo for two people for four days. I certainly was not expecting to have to go out and purchase these types of essentials, especially since they are all specifically listed in the description as being provided. We had another stay booked in Buenos Aires and that one went absolutely perfectly. I would advise other travelers to avoid this booking for these reasons.

¡Una estadía impecable en Argentina! 100% recomendado. Mi experiencia en este alojamiento superó todas mis expectativas. Desde antes de llegar, la comunicación fue fluida y el proceso de check-in estuvo perfectamente organizado, sin esperas ni complicaciones, lo cual se agradece mucho después de un viaje largo. Al entrar, lo primero que noté fue la limpieza absoluta; todo estaba reluciente y muy ordenado, cuidando hasta el más mínimo detalle. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos (o incluso mejor): moderno, con una decoración preciosa y sumamente cómodo para descansar. Por último, la ubicación es inmejorable. Está cerca de todo lo necesario, en una zona segura y con fácil acceso a transporte y lugares para comer. Sin duda, volveré a hospedarme aquí en mi próximo viaje a Argentina. ¡Gracias por todo!
