Particularly pleased with the cab driver Rahul Garg who was excellent in his service to our trip from Udaipur to Mount Abu and return and later local tour in Udaipur. The entire hotel was super crowded due to a marriage event being hosted. Multiple areas were inaccessible due to the event. The event also blocked the other guests cars. The front desk was rude on the checkin and we had to wait for a day to get adjacent rooms. The issue resolved only after talking to the duty manager. Duty manager was understanding and helped resolve. There were trash cans right opposite our rooms. Overall, it ruined 1 day of our 3 day trip. Breakfast and the dining staff was good.

Washroom was horrible, showers knobs were broken and flush was broken Have to call housekeeper for everything, as hair drier was not working, no body lotion and shower gel in toilet.Inexperienced staff, no bell boys to carry your baggage.

At the time of checkout, hotel failed to flag me that I had already paid via Expedia but they still took the payment off me!!
