A very warm welcome from the reception team, who remembered me from previous stays. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. Hotel immaculately clean, super lounge to relax in with a drink. Lovely sun terrace, pool and pool bar. There is a life guard on duty who also distributes luxury bathing towels. There is a gym and indoor pool for guests use. I stayed in room 250… Mariana who did my housekeeping is a credit to the housekeeping team, my room was immaculate every day and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Fabulous hotel very clean and well organised. Breakfast was lovely a great selection. A tranquil oasis and a great base for exploring Jerez only a few minutes by taxi or a 15 minute stroll. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Breakfast was great and the pool restaurant food was very good. Found your beds very hard, and pillows not comfortable ( but that preference)

Lovely hotel. Choice of restaurants. Room staff very accommodating. Great menu and service in the bistro bar but food a bit hit and miss in the evenings at the pool bar.

Very well appointed, welcoming and comfortable.

A beautiful and welcoming hotel, very clean and smelled lovely. The breakfast was outstanding as well as tapas in the restaurant next to the bar.

10/10 Exceptional

It's a very smart, spacious, shiny place with highly attentive and welcoming staff. Breakfast buffet was decent. It's a bit of a way out of town. Local transport and taxis are scarce so brace yourself for a fair bit of walking if you didn't drive there. The hotel reception does seem to have taxis on standby though and they're not expensive.

Enjoyable Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. We didn’t eat at the hotel but drinks were reasonably priced. Cava and chocolate were very thoughtfully delivered to our room as it was our wedding anniversary.

6/10 Good

The hotel is good, clean with an immaculate bar and restaurant area. The issue at the moment is the complete reconstruction of the pool area. Noisy works all day. I'm also disappointed that the car park charges will only be discounted if you have booked through hip hotels site, which seems petty. The charge is also extortionate at 19 Euro per night.

Best jerez Hotel with a pool

Amazing hotel in the best location in Jerez for easy access to everything either on foot or by car and with the best hotel pool in the area. Great staff and reasonable food and drink prices.

Fabulous hotel and staff. Loved the size of the pool area, you really felt like you were on holiday rather than in a city hotel. Great rooms, great breakfast, lovely Vermuteria for drinks whilst waiting for the kids to get ready. 10 minute walk into Jerez centre, teeming with drink and dining options. Head to Plaza Plateros and start your tapas journey through the town!
