4/10 Fair

The location of the hotel is very good and cost of the night very reasonable; however, the room had very poor wifi signal. A/C did not work. I talked with front desk and they did not address any of the request. The breakfast was good but boring, they offered exactly the same the 3 days. Staff was very kind.

10/10 Exceptional

Location is central in the city. Very convenient to get to many tourist places and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Rafael who spoke English fluently (myself and my wife know very little Spanish). I only wish the room had a kettle and tea bags to make tea.

A very comfortable place to stay in BA. Convenient to lots of interesting places in the city. Nice breakfast. Large, comfortable room. This has an old-fashioned luxury feel. This will be the first place I look to book on my next trip to Buenos Airels.
