This property exceeded all my expectations for a nice place to stay near family in the area. It was a bit challenging of a drive up to the property but for the location and views, it is to be expected. The staff was exceptionally friendly! Ilaeria Resort is a gem located I the mountains. Awe striking views from everywhere including their refreshing pool. Their complimentary breakfast is a perfect way to start the day. Poolside cafe fulfills your daytime food and libation needs. The onsite restaurant has very tasty local cuisine. Highly recommended if you are looking to stay in the area. Our stay was the second week of July 2024.

Like the name says this is a mountain resort. You will have a very windy Road up the mountain to the resort, but the drive is worth it. Great views. Our stay was in October and we were one of two couples at the resort so very quiet. The restaurant was not open when we got to the Resort. We didn’t expect to have a meal there. We were able to have a few glasses of wine in the bar before it closed at nine and the gentleman that worked that night was very helpful. The morning breakfast was very nice. Homemade jams and Marmalades. It was a little cool to use the pool, but it looked very nice. I think it would be a great place to go in the summertime for a relaxing holiday.

The views are incredible because you are aways up from the valley. This is a full service resort! The restaurant onsite is outstanding, the staff are wonderful and friendly, the room was huge with a balcony and view. Included breakfast was made to order. Absolutely perfect. Great value.

We acknowledge they were just opening for the season, so was quiet while we were there. It was so lovely and peaceful. They opened the restaurant one night for just us, that is superb service, as were all the staff friendly and helpful. If you do not know the region then the drive up maybe daunting but safe.
