My room is amazing, very clean, with a great view of the sunset and sunrise. It’s near a beach and a great little market about 20 minutes away. The owners are the sweetest couple. I was a little sad as this is the end of a wonderful vacation and they took time to comfort me and talk about the different places I saw and my life back home.

As long as you have a car, property is convenient. Not the best but you get what you pay for, especially for Santorini. Photos shown in expedia are not exactly same and condition us not the best. There are overhead planes taking off and landing, so a little noisy.
Would recommend the owners invest in power backup. We lost power one night which was manageable but the water supply also got cut which was extremely inconvenient.

No frills family-owned hotel. Very nice people. We stayed part of one night before a very early flight. The planes are extremely loud overhead and there is really no sleeping through them, and they go all night long.

What a wonderful experience at Artemis Village. The owners were amazing. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They saved the second leg of our trip when we discovered the wrong time for the taxi to pick us up to take us to the new port they worked their magic and got us there not only on time but also at a much cheaper fare then we anticipated. They gave us tips and tricks as to where to eat (Karafa’s fish tavern was to die for!!). Everyone in Monolithos was exceptionally friendly and hospitable. I have been to Santorini three times now and I would definitely come back to Artemis Village to stay.

The owners of this establishment were the nicest people I ever met traveling to different countries. It was like staying with a host family. We were greeted promptly and every morning welcomed and asked what our daily plans were. They guided us in the right directions with helpful hints to stay safe, save money and the best eating options around. We walked into town everyday to enjoy a market, coffee and catch our tour bus but felt like we were in our own little village on their property. Horseback riding place was just a short walk away and they were just as welcome as was their friend the restaurant owner. It literally was like visiting family in Greece for an Irish girl.

The public bus is not available.
The only way to get to the hotel is taking a taxi if you go to there early in the morning or late in the afternoon.
Wi-Fi is often disconnected during our staying.

If you party person that hotel is NOT for you. If you do not like walking that hotel is NOT for you. I love the place, very quiet, NO tourist, NO bars, shuttle to and from airport (15min ride), black pebble beach, one restaurant around the area (5min walk down the hill). One food store (18 min walk). I walked from Fira to the hotel (45min walk 4km). I enjoyed rural scenery. Couple blue/white dome churches on the way. Safe area to walk. Friendly locals, BUT in other places like Oia, Fira WATCH your purses!!! Enjoy Santorini!!!

Beautiful little private hotel not far from the airport. Owner and his wife are precious and sweet. Property is small, clean and lovely. Rooms are plain but nice, and some have little kitchenettes. It is pretty much out in the middle of nowhere. There was one restaurant down the road that was in process of finalizing construction and getting ready to open. It will be beautiful and very convenient when it opens, (called Drunkfish). There was a nearby restaurant that delivered decent food. If you have a car, it’s fine. If not, you are not going to have a lot of options. The beach is near, but it’s a bit of a walk down a pretty sketchy road, and has zero amenities. No chairs or nearby food/drinks. Soft black sand. Planes fly right overhead all day and most of the night. FYI, Airport shuttle was not free, 20 euro. Overall, great for the price!

The trip began with being told that I couldn’t get an airport pickup because of my flights arrival time. I booked here because of that feature, but when I called to confirm my arrival time, I was told they don’t do pick ups between 3pm and 7:30pm. Which was disappointing. So I had to get a taxi from the airport which cost me €25.
My welcome was very warm and the lady host gave me all the info I would need for a pleasant stay on the island.
I was again disappointed to learn that instead of my apartment being close to the very lovely on-site pool, I was in another block which was further down the road.
The apartment itself was lovely. Very clean and spacious.
However the aircon did not work.
I had a partial sea view, but I mostly saw sand and gravel from the balcony.
There is no restaurant, so getting food was not exactly easy.
There was the option to order in which I didn’t mind. The was a sea view bar a few mins walk away but the options are very limited for vegans/vegetarians. And 20 mins walk away, there is a ‘supermarket’ which had most things one could need on holiday.
Overall I enjoyed my stay as the pool was lovely and the loungers were nice.
And I got a pick up to take me back to the airport at the end of my trip.
I wouldn’t return, but that is just because I would want to be in an area with more dining options.

The property itself wasn’t bad and was fairly clean however the male owner is extremely rude!
When we arrived my husband briefly parked the vehicle in front of the property so we could unload our luggage. While we were in the room the owner came banging on our door and yelled at us that we needed to move the vehicle immediately, (mind you it had been there less than 2 mins and was not blocking anything or anyone). He was actually just about to move it anyways so the rudeness was unnecessary.
We would have overlooked this but the next morning as we were driving away he chased us down and was upset because we put our luggage on the spare unused bed while we were unpacking. Was it really worth chasing us down over this? We were speechless on how to respond, we have never been treated like this before. He clearly does not know how to work with customers.
Lastly, as a fair warning, this property is very close to the airport and the planes flying overhead are extremely loud in the middle of the night. They will wake you up many times throughout the night!

Très bon hôtel à retenir
Court séjour d'une nuit. Accueil chaleureux d'Artémis qui est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport.La chambre proposée était très agréable avec une vue mer.
Seul inconvénient les avions frôlent le toit de l'hôtel avec un bruit assourdissant. Heureusement le trafic s'arrête vers minuit.

Where to start! Artemis Village was amazing. The area was quiet and the beach was right there. The rooms were very clean and very cozy. Mr. Artemis and staff were absolutely, hands down, the nicest, friendliest, most helpful people I have ever met! Not only was he one of the nicest people i have ever met he also got us our rental car delivered to the hotel (twice) at the best price on the island **DO NOT RENT FROM THE AIRPORT**. We went everywhere on the island and Artemis Village is hands down one of the best places to stay!! Thank you so very much Mr. Artemis for an absolutely wonderful time and the great memories my friend!

Beautiful little hotel, the little villas are gorgeous. The pool and lounge are beautiful and clean. The staff was wonderful. The lady that helped us check in was the sweetest and incredibly helpful. The room was cute and clean. It had a kitchen but was not stocked. I loved that it was walking distance to a beach. And it was away from the noise and hassle of the cities.
