We had an incredible stay at Landhuis Francia! The space looks exactly like the pictures - clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable, and the spacious kitchen and living room and the outdoor patio were a huge bonus. The location of the property is unbeatable super close to the Ring Road (de ringweg) of Curacao. The hosts responded very quick and check-in was a breeze thanks to their clear instructions with special thanks to Romy. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back!"

The property description and photos were what drew me to book my stay at Landhuis Francia. It was truly a far cry from the pictures. The property was run down and unkept, with untidy common areas and dirty dishes left on the kitchen counters and in the sink. The pool was dirty - obviously between cleanings - and the poolhouse looked like it hadn't been cleaned for some time. I did not receive instructions on how to get into the property in a timely fashion and my boyfriend had to climb the fence to get inside. Thankfully, after meeting someone on the property who described himself as a handyman, we were able to connect to the Wifi and figure things out. The room was nice enough, but the garbage wasn't collected from the room once during our 9-day stay. Also, I prepaid $15/day per person for breakfast for two for the length of my stay and received only three days of breakfasts and plenty of excuses why. This is no way to run a "bed and breakfast."
