Refundable deposits

• Cash deposit: EUR 150 per accommodation, per stay
• Breakage deposit: EUR 150 per stay

Mandatory fees

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 30 April, EUR 0.50 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 May - 30 June, EUR 1.50 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 July - 31 August, EUR 2.50 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 15 years of age.

• Cleaning fee: EUR 100 per accommodation, per stay

Optional extras

• Late check-in between 8:30 PM and midnight can be arranged for an extra charge of EUR 25

Children & extra beds

• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport

Pets

• Service animals exempt from fees
• Pets are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 20 per pet, per stay (maximum EUR 30 per stay)

Pool, spa, & gym (if applicable)

• The seasonal pool is open from June 20 to September 14
