The room is good and staff generally helpful. However, the AC in the room was impossible to adjust. We called the engineer to help us when the room was freezing upon our arrival. He simply switched off the AC off and told us to switch it back on when the room temperature reaches the desired temperature. No matter what temperature you set the AC on, it just does what it wants. You simply have no control.
