It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean and it was a nice dang quiet place. There was a local masjid close by and masjid bilal was a short walk and masjid Nabawi not too far from that. All in all it was affordable and and great.

I recently stayed at Aram, and while the overall experience was good, I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the outstanding professionalism and kindness of the manager, Nasim. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible, addressing any minor concerns with efficiency and a smile. The hotel itself is clean and offers all the basics you’d need for a stay, but it’s clear the team, especially the manager, works hard to make guests feel valued. Sometimes, it's the people that make all the difference, and this was definitely the case here.

they asked to take my id which is not legal and the communication is horrible and the location is not visible on google maps, the whole place is a scam and illegal. baby crying noises everywhere, toilet flush does not work, room is dirty. kitchen utensils in the bathroom. i have reported all this scam to higher management with expedia

It’s a clean and budget friendly hotel with no daily room turndown or any kind of services. The area around is littered with trash although there are bins to dispose of trash. Not a family oriented area to walk as sidewalks are broken requiring people to walk on streets. This can be unsafe when having small children traveling with you. No much amenities provided and towels and bottled water are provided upon request. Great staff to help and guide the patrons. Walking to Prophet’s (pbuh) at times is better than taking taxis. However, taxi is reasonable but finding one can be a challenging. Overall I would consider this hotel to be clean, budget friendly, and comfortable hotel for budget travelers.

Room itself is great but noisy from outdoors!

Cleanliness for the room was very very good. I couldn't fault them for that. Wi-Fi is great. I was really happy with the stay except for just one thing. Which was a real letdown. If the room has better sound insulation from outdoors and the hotel lobby. This room would get 5 stars. Unfortunately because it hasn't. And the room was noisy throughout the day and night. People shouting, cars beeping. Really frustrating. It did disturb my sleep. Which is the shame because the room itself is great.

The hotel was really nice.We have booked two rooms but the receptionist was very nice he gave us a joint room which was really nice and without any extra charges.The location was also very nice it took only 10 minutes to reach Rooza Rasool PBUH. I strongly reccommend this hotel
