Hotel de Lagom is a fantastic boutique hotel. The communication with their staff has been excellent, with consistent engagement before arrival, and their warm welcome has been outstanding.
Breakfast was amazing, featuring a variety of local and Western dishes. Highly recommend this hotel which is located in the old quarter which has great views of Hanoi from their rooftop and the room was clean and spacious.

Slightly further out from the main pub street/Hoan Kian area, but very close to train street and walking distance to everywhere you’d want in Hanoi.
Very clean hotel, lovely rooftop pool and bar, and really excellent service from Kathy who arranged our taxi to Ninh Binh/an all round friendly face. Thank you for a great final night in Hanoi!

The hotel is new and the staff are all extremely accommodating. Location is excellent and walkable to a lot of different sights in Hanoi.

The staff were excellent, so nice and very helpful, attentive to your needs. Highly recommend this place. The hotel is so new, clean, and comfortable. Definitely will stay here again if I am in Hanoi in the future
