The property is centrally located, is clean and well appointed, has a great breakfast (included), an outstanding Spa, and a group of staff second to none. The hotel is in a great location on the outskirts of the old quarter so you are close to everything but it is quiet when you're in your room and easy to sleep in the otherwise loud city. The room was clean, shower was great, good size room. The staff are so friendly and take really good care of you. The rooftop bar has great views of Hanoi and there is a hot tub you can use however it was a little hot, so maybe ask for it "not too hot" when you book to use it.

The spa staff was also amazing, I enjoyed them so much I returned a second day for a couple of treatments. They all do a really great job! Location has lots to offer and walkable.
