I arrived two hours before the check-in time and my room wasn't ready, but another room was, so the receptionist changed the room without my asking. The breakfast was excellent and the location is very close to the Fraumunster and St Peter's church.

Great location. Kind staff. It was a bit noisy due to the closeness to street but besides that it was fine. Bed wasn’t really Comfortable but it was a great location.

The Hotel Kindli is a gem of a small hotel with an excellent staff and a superb restaurant. It is also situated in a very convenient location in Zurich. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And we would like to especially acknowledge Ramona at the front desk. She made our stay very special.

The hotel staff is amazing at communication and helping you! We had a family emergency and they were able to help accommodate the reservation to ensure my kids could still go, even with a last minute change!

It's in the middle of a hill so make sure the taxi takes you to the entrance. The location is really great for walking around. There is a small park at the top of the hill. (2 min walk) with a wonderful view of the river. After that walk back down and explore all of the streets. We were only there overnight since we had to get up at 4 am to catch a flight, but it was very comfortable in room 11. We were there when the temperature was about 95F, but the room has its own air conditioner, so we were very comfortable. The staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. Yes, it may seem a bit expensive, but pricewise it is average and less than others. I did lots of research before choosing this hotel.
