Overall: incredible hotel in a beautiful peaceful location. The staff made it! (Absolute credit to Ocha in Saffron for her impeccable professionalism and personal attention. Also Diamond, Poom in the pool bar and Fa at breakfast. Thank you!) Excellent drinks menu and happy hour 1600-2000 between different locations. Delicious food. Rooms 10/10. Not a complaint, but FYI: a bit off the beaten track - not much on the doorstep and very little in the way of provided entertainment (which we'd expect in a secluded resort) - so prepare to pay approx 400 baht each way for the 20 min journey to eg Fisherman's Village.

A truly wonderful hotel in every aspect. We stayed for 3 nights as a couple and were extremely satisfied with our experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect. We would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

6/10 Good

Beautiful hotel, fantastic beach and nature, and a very nice room. Unfortunately, the service is a real weak point and simply does not match the price. With only a few notable exceptions, the staff often feel undertrained and sometimes come across as blunt or rough. For a hotel aiming to position itself more strongly around wellness, this gap between setting and service is hard to overlook.

The area is spectacular with an amazing private beach. The villa was private and well maintained. The service was great with super friendly staff. The restaurants and common areas wasn’t crowded so you could enjoy a peaceful experience. The gym however was relatively small and the treadmills were often occupied. Overall a beautiful, luxurious and relaxing stay.
