A spacious hotel in a historic building abd great location. The room was spacious with many windows. The staff were welcoming and very helpful throughout. The breakfast had many options and the hotel spa is worth trying.

Services were kind of excellent. Big pool, saunas and a good variety at breakfast. Also a spa center with affordable massage etc Also in a very good location. But the hotel seemed quite deserted in the evening and even the bar was closed.

Great location in the city center with all it has to offer. We had a room facing the quiet of the two streets that the hotel faces. Note that the other street is significantly more busy with night life - probably more noisy. Spacious and nice room and bathroom. Large and well equipped gym and a nice pool area. The breakfast was good, although not amazing. Friendly staff and good service in general.

* Historic Charm: A grand, classic hotel with luxurious old-world style, perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town. * Excellent Staff: The team was highly cooperative, attentive, and always available to help. * Room Comfort: The room was highly comfortable, featuring an exceptionally cozy bed. * Breakfast: The breakfast selection was good and enjoyable. Cons / Areas for Improvement: * Air Conditioning: The AC remote control was malfunctioning and needs maintenance. * Bathroom Maintenance: Certain parts of the bathroom require repairs and updates. * Pool Temperature: The swimming pool water was quite cold, sitting around 25–26°C.

Love how central the hotel is, true to its name. The staff was helpful and polite. Breakfast with food to choose, tasty and fresh. The place has an amazing sauna and steam room, plus the whole area was super clean. Would recommend staying there

Hotel Central is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Sarajevo. The location is outstanding—right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of major sights, shops, and restaurants. The staff truly make the stay special: everyone was very kind, welcoming, and genuinely service-minded, always ready to help with a smile. The spa area is another big highlight—clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily recommend Hotel Central to others.

Great location! A little loud in the evening due to the strip of bars located beside the hotel, but that didn’t bother me. Breakfast is decent, staff is very friendly.
