Fabulous relaxing hideaway outside the city, great bed great staff and good restaurants. A lovely base to use to visit Norwich and surrounds.

8/10 Very good

Lovely setting and beautiful rooms. However. restaurant staff for breakfast weren’t very welcoming and the food was ok. With all the extras on top for the fitness centre and dinner it was a very expensive business trip considering you get more for your money in other hotels surrounding Norwich.

Had an amazing 2 night mid week break. B &B. Breakfast buffet was first class. Gluten free options available such as bread and cereal. Freshly cooked hot buffet was delicious. All staff were amazing and polite in the spa, the restaurant, the reception and the chambermaids. Lovely clean room with a patio area

Helpful staff, good pool albeit if you would like a 7am swim the club members are there and have to wait for a lane. Water warm. Conservatory restaurant was excellent. Having stayed here for 5 years at breakfast they now have a coffee machine - I didn’t like the taste so following day asked for a coffee pot as have had in the past.

I stayed for 5 days and it was the second time I have been a guest there. The drive through the beautiful tree lined driveway is beautiful, reminds me of Forest Gump movie. Checking in was problem free, the food excellent, drinks lovely and bar personnel so kind. You won't be disappointed. Everyone is lovely and so kind and respectful. Close to town and site seeing sites.

We had a lovely stay at Park Farm Hotel & Leisure in one of their superior rooms. The grounds are beautiful & lovely spa facilities. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Also had a a lovely bathroom with a walk in shower and jacuzzi bath which was a great bonus. Breakfast options were great. We would definitely stay again!

8/10 Very good

A really nice hotel for a special occasion, the staff were both friendly and helpful, while food was lovely. We stayed in the Boutique Suite, which was wonderful. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars was because the jacuzzi bath had an issue with the plug, which meant we were not able to enjoy this as much as we would have liked due to the bath losing water. This was reported to reception. While the food was lovely, we were bombarded by flies in the restaurant, which was a bit annoying when you're trying to enjoy a nice meal. Other than that, we had a lovely stay and will happily return again in the near the future.

Park Farm is a lovely place to stay. Good food, great spa, beautiful clean rooms and importantly a comfortable bed! The staff at Park Farm are really welcoming and friendly and will quite happily have a chat. We have stayed a couple of times, and will definitely be returning again.

Friendly and helpful staff , great breakfast & dinner, room a good size and location very handy for Norwich. Our first room smelled of smoke clearly from the last occupants filthy habit, the staff went out of their way to relocate us.
