I was really impressed with my stay. The hotel was comfortable, well presented and offered everything I needed for a great stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was very positive. I particularly appreciated the option of a late checkout, which made things more relaxed and convenient. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to other travellers.

Very modern hotel. The rooms are small but efficiently designed with all necessary amenities. I learned during my stay that rooms are only cleaned on the 5th day of your stay. I like that it is a more environmentally friendly approach but wish I knew beforehand. The recycling and trash bins are small so they can overflow quickly.

8/10 Very good

I stayed for two nights. The reception and café staff were all incredibly kind, friendly, and wonderful. The café breakfast was authentic and delicious; I really appreciated having the choice between a plated meal and options like croissants. The room was simple yet stylish and clean. One slight disappointment was the lack of housekeeping service during my multi-night stay; I had hung the "please clean" sign on the door before going out, but upon returning, I found the message card and tip I had left on the table untouched, and the bed hadn't been made. Despite that, it was an excellent stay overall, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Sydney!
