We stayed 5 days in this hotel and our stay was pleasant and comfortable. First of all the staff is really kind, discreet but helpful, secondly I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the fact that it was really comfortable. We were two steps away from the walk of fame and all kinds of attractions and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved how modern and cute the hotel was. More like a boutique hotel than a Holiday Inn or those type of hotels. No elevator but the hotel is only 2 stories high so no big deal. Literally a 1 min walk to Hollywood Blvd so that was pretty awesome. Very nice room with plenty of space. Separate seating area with TV made it easy to watch TV while my boyfriend slept. Refrigerator only, no microwave :( very nice updated bath, but no sink room to put toiletries :( comfy bed and couch. Only complaints are the $200 deposit (!) And the $35 parking fee (!).... otherwise a nice overnight stay close to lots of entertainment. Would stay again

This hotel was in the perfect place. It was only a few steps from Hollywood Boulevard and the shuttle we took to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. The employees were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again!

Soundproofing a real issue

Hotel itself is actually very comfy, but as a few previous reviews mention, the soundproofing is absolutely awful. You hear everything and I mean EVERYTHING, lol, through the paper thin walls. Its a pity because the front desk staff are really helpful and friendly, the rooms and bed are comfy, the shower/hot water is reallt good, the cleanliness is very good, but the soundproofing is non existent.

Hotel was very conveniently located right off of Hollywood blvd. Mel's Diner was on the corner and it worked for us to have a 1 night stay to go to a party in the Hollywood hills. There is no elevator or pool. Parking is street parking or parking across the street. Facility was small and clean, it was perfect for just one night for a centrally located place to sleep.

The room with the separate seating area is the best one. The other room with just a bed is pretty small. The room itself seems to be modern and updated, the bed is comfortable. There is just NO sound proofing at all, so you can hear people walking by your room and we even heard someone turn on their shower next door to us. The front staff is nice enough, they just have an annoying air freshener they use at the front desk which is very strong. I also did not like the $40 A DAY parking fee SMH. There is no microwave in the room, only a fridge, but there is a microwave in the lobby so i guess that's alright. There's no elevator but it's only 2 stories so not too bad. There's also only 1 ice machine in the main lobby, but better than none at all i suppose. The location is amazing though, literally a 2 min walk to Hollywood Blvd. TVs have a good amount of things to watch. No view outside the small window though (we've stayed twice here and each time our window faces a wall of a building which is literally like 2 feet away from our window. All in all, it's ok if you want to be close to things, and modern enough. Just on a somewhat sketchy street.

This property may look small on the outside, but it is super modern and SUPER close to Hollywood boulevard. Location was PERFECT!!! My only issue with this property is the washroom, there isn't much counter space,maybe throw some cheap shelves beside the sink so guest can put there stuff and HOOKS!!! The bathroom NEEDS hooks for towels. Also you have to get into the tub to turn the shower one because only one door opens, BUT everything else about this property is AMAZING!!!! Could use with a coffee maker in the room or offer coffee before 8am I would totally stay here again!!!!

Absolutely no amenities. Not even an elevator. This place does not deserve the exceptional ratings it has received. You can hear everything in the next room. No food onsite. Awkward shower opening. The staff was nice and tried hard but no dice. Dont stay here if you have other choices.
