The staff were so supportive and genuinely kind that it made for feeling very relaxed in the environment. We were fortunate to have been allocated a LuxMe bungalow. It was clean, fresh and well thought out. A lovely space, large, light and bright The outside seating was cushioned and modular so you could create your own seating in the shady/sunny bit of the garden patio and a sofa with table and stools when you wanted. Great space. The bars were really pleasant, good ambiance and drinks selection. Good coffees too. Dining options were lovely to have, so book up on the app, The beach lunchtime dining was well set up as a nice beach vibe option and kept very clean and organised. Buffet was the least imaginative for menu options but was more than adequate, very clean, pleasantly laid out and the staff did a tremendous job of serving drinks and clearing tables. Had expected more live music and evening events than there was but had fun at those that were on. Thank you all at LuxMe Dama Dama.

The staff was very attentive and super helpful. They made sure that we have a great room that would be convenient with toddler. In addition they were friendly and always happy to interact with a toddler. They have great pools, the kids pool is amazing in the shade but there is one downside the pool floor was covered with slippery tiles, which wasn't very safe or practical for either adults or children, as people frequently slipped. There is food all the time and is great. The main restaurant food can get a bit repetitive but still good. Make sure to try the beach restaurants. The private beach is very convenient and they have a lot of sun-beds. The beach is a bit rocky so make sure to bring appropriate shoes.

Beautiful pool area, beach bar and location on the beach were great. Staff were also very friendly and attentive. Good range of food and the A la carte restaurants were excellent but many of the hot food options were only luke warm in the main self service restaurant which was disappointing.

Wonderful family vacation

This place is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food is great. The bus stop is right out front and will take you around for a few euros. The only thing is our WiFi in our room didn’t work and it wasn’t fixed during our 4 night stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! From the moment we arrived, Marta made us feel so welcome. She was incredibly friendly and took the time to show us around the hotel before escorting us to our room, which was such a lovely personal touch. Our family room was brilliant. The kids absolutely loved having their own upstairs room, and it made our stay so comfortable. Every member of staff we met was warm, welcoming and always happy to help. The food was delicious in every restaurant, with plenty of choice throughout our stay. Our favourite was definitely the all-you-can-eat buffet. There was something for everyone, and everything was fresh and full of flavour. The entertainment every evening was spectacular and one of the highlights of our holiday. We also loved the hotel’s location right on the beach. Spending time at the beach bar with the beautiful sea views was our favourite way to relax. Excellent location with lots of shops right next to the hotel- your classic holiday gift shops with gorgeous Greek bits and bobs and not a super long taxi ride from the airport and only a 15 minute taxi ride to old town. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special. We made some wonderful family memories and would happily return again!

Meals in the main restaurant were reasonable but not 5* Reception staff were slow at check in, I was offered rooms close together, as requested, then told I would have to pay another 300 Euros for one night! The hotel was fabulous. My children all said it was the best hotel they’ve ever been to. Pool Is amazing, food options were great. My daughter is a coeliac and they were so kind with preparing food for her specially. She didn’t feel sick at all which means it must have been ok. Bungalow was great, yes the pool sun loungers are limited but one always came available. Music at the beach bar went on until past midnight which was ok but if you’re a lighter sleeper with young children maybe ask for a room away. Otherwise we have really had a wonderful time. Staff are lovely and very kind. 👍

Amazing hotel and incredible staff! This was my first family holiday and the staff were really friendly and accommodating from beginning till the end. I made a mistake with my room bid by selecting an automatic upgrade. We got to check in and because I wasn’t informed that the bid had been accepted I thought it hadn’t gone through. The staff kindly explained the situation and rather than make a big fuss they allowed us to upgrade for free!! The facilities in the hotel are amazing and the bar staff (where I spent most of my time lol) are really courteous. By the end of it they knew me by name and the holiday felt wholesome! I will definitely be returning and I will definitely be exploring their partner hotels. Thank you to Kiki and the reception team on 07.05.25; incredibly hospitable staff!!

The staff were generally very attentive and the property was very clean throughout our stay. Have only given 3 stars as the vegetarian options at the buffet were aleays cold and despite telling the staff about this, nothing changed. We also asked for our meals at the a la carte restaurants to be booked for 7pm as had a 10 month old with us who needed to be put to bed at 8.30pm every night. So were i cresivky disappointed when told on our penultimate night that the greek a la carte had been booked for 8.30pm. Obviously we wouldnt have requested this time, so were disappointed when they told us that we had and couldnt accommodate us at any other time, meani g that another cold dinner at the buffet jad to be endured. Please also note that the 'mountain view' rooms actually overlook a busy road, so would be better asvertised as 'road view'

The property is well thought out with all facilities close by but also far enough from each other to feel separated. The lobby is very welcoming and the staff friendly from the off. Welcome drinks and snacks greatly appreciated after traveling. The room is very spacious with good facilities. Beds are comfy - the pillows were not to my preference but I’m fussy so not a major issue. The food options are varied with lots of fresh local foods as well as international options. Service across all meals is excellent. The beach is well maintained, plenty of sun beds and close to the bar and toilets. The sea is perfect for snorkeling. The info on activities is readily available and we took part in several trips. The bus routes are easy to access, cheap and quick. The bus stop signage/info isn’t great and the bus website not easy to use but reception helped us out here. Staff were always friendly and never failed to greet us hello and goodbye. Evening entertainment is varied and atmosphere is good. Thanks to everyone for a great stay.
