The room is OK, it's clean and the air conditioning works well. There is no hot water and the cable tv signal is awful. The place looks kind of old and it lacks of proper infrastructure maintenance. The parking lot is small. The staff is very kind.

The property might be old but the interior is clean, sealed, for good ac cooling. Very very friendly staff, gated from outside for nighttime safety. About 100’ walk to the beach.

The location was perfect. You're close to everything. Literally 60 second walk to the beach. Unbeatable location. The room was okay. There was no blanket or towels provided. You have to ask for a towel. Other than that. For the price you pay and the hospitality of the staff it's a really good deal.

Breakfast was great because it was freshly made and free since it comes with the stay! our room specifically didnt have the best ac and our toilet seat broke off. The room also didn't have blankets for the bed and only had sheets with a table runner on top. The service overall was okay and is a good option in case your in a bind👍

O hotel tem uma localização excelente, a pouquíssimos passos da praia de um lado e da rua principal do outro, porém a experiência deixou a desejar. O quarto não estava bem limpo: havia cabelo na cama e uma embalagem de sabonete usado de outro hóspede no banheiro. O ponto mais negativo foi a ausência total de água quente no chuveiro. Apesar de a cidade ser quente de dia, é mais fresca a noite e eu costumo tomar banho morno. Cheguei à noite no primeiro dia encontrando um banho completamente gelado; ao questionar na recepção, fui informada de que o hotel não possui água quente, informação que não constava na reserva. O estacionamento é muito problemático: os carros se trancam uns aos outros, o hotel não fica com a chave e, se o carro que te bloqueia estiver fora, você simplesmente não consegue sair. O primeiro rapaz que nos atendeu na recepção não falou uma palavra, se comunicando apenas por gestor.. Não abriu a boca.. E olha que falamos inglês e espanhol.. Mas não explicou o funcionamento do hotel e sequer ajudou quando perguntamos sobre a chave do carro - só fazendo que não com a cabeça; eu mesma tive que perguntar sobre o café da manhã. O café é servido na frente do hotel, fica cheio por atender também não hóspedes e não recebemos nenhuma orientação; apenas no último dia descobrimos que era possível escolher um sanduíche em vez do prato servido (arroz com feijão), algo que teria feito diferença desde o início.
