Our entire stay was excellent. A very hospitable welcome and delicious breakfast. The room and property were very clean and was very well located in the old town. The staff couldn’t do enough to help us.

What an amazing place to stay. We were in the Sole Suite which was spacious, clean and a lovely space to be in. The terrace was roomy and well equipped with chairs, loungers and a table. The property itself is delightful and in a great location within a quiet corner of the old town. Great breakfast and lovely, helpful staff. A very intimate feel to it all, much better than the featureless hotels along the seafront. Highly recommended.

Great location for the old town and port . Great good value local restaurants within 5 mins walk . Beautifully renovated hotel and spotless in all areas . Check in was thorough , we had a local cheese pie and cold water offered and given a map of the old town with specific restaurants highlighted as good value. Excellent breakfast with exceptional coffee and the best Greek Yoghurt , all served very efficiently. We did have a slight problem with the room we booked not being available for the 1st night of our 3 night stay , which to be honest was disappointing, however this was sorted quickly and our correct room was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay .

Well located in the old town, close to shops, museums, wonderful restaurants and beach sea front. Casa Moazza offered a beautiful, comfortable and relaxing room and courtyard to recharge. We stayed for one week and started each day with their wonderful breakfast and service. Thank you

Excellent facilities in the heart of rethymno. Great location with nearby parking options (not linked to the property), and walking distance to several points of interest, cafes, restaurants, and of course the beach! We had a junior suite which was very spacious, had a balcony, living room / kitchen, and bedroom all with Aircon, plus a great bathroom. There were bottles of water left outside our room which was great as we drink a lot of water generally, but even more so when it's over 30c heat! The cleaning team were really on it. When coming back from a day of exploration the room was always tidied, bins emptied, beds made. From our balcony we could see ongoing renovations across the road to one of the historic mosques, which was pretty cool. Breakfast was included in our stay and every morning we were not disappointed with the variety available. Eggs were cooked to order on request, and a plate of fruit was bought around every time. They really did provide a service, all the team were exceptionally polite, spoke great English, and attentive to all of their guests, as seen during breakfast. It was a special occasion for my wife and I, our honeymoon, and I have no regrets staying here. Should we find ourselves in Rethymno again, we will be staying here

We had a delightful stay. Location was perfect, on a quiet side street close to the main pedestrian shopping street. Staff were great. Room clean and spacious. Check in and check out were efficient. It’s a boutique hotel and we stayed in their adjoining unit, which was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good and Charlotte made eggs from scratch. The only downside is it didn’t start until 8:30. We are early risers but we adjusted. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Superb choice

We had an excellent stay at Casa Moazzo. Beatiful suite, The Executive suite, new and with private terrace. Very sentral, but quite surrondings. Excellent for walking to beach in day time and exploring and eating well in the old town in the evening before walking back to a nice sleep in a lovely suite. Perfect for a couple, but had an extra bed in a small "attic" we didn't use. The included breakfast was nicely prepared and served in very nice area. Service minded smiling staff made the start of the day perfect. The owners where very service minded in it is clear they love to make the stay for their guests as good as possible. Based on the good review from others we had very high exprectations, and in fact they where more than met. We'll be back!

Everyone was so wonderful! From the moment I’ve arrived Manos made me feel very comfortable- he is amazing. He helped me so many times with any questions or concerns for my travels! Eva was a delight every morning- she was so sweet and attentive, always smiles and just makes your morning so much better - she is like a Rey of sunshine. Anna is one of the great people I’ve met- she is also so attentive to every detail and your needs. Very kind and happy. Everyone makes me feel like a part of their family and I didn’t want to leave. Yes, I loved my super clean and beautiful room, but it’s those people who made this stay unforgettable and it! I will decently return! Thank you Manos, Eva and Ana!!!

Great hotel bar no hot water on 3 occasions, no 24hr reception, so nobody to fix. Bed far too soft - had back ache as a result.
