This was an incredible stay. The host was a phenomenal communicator and the property is as beautiful as pictured. If you want to be downtown in the heart of Florence, this is the perfect place to be and it is also far enough from the standard noise. I had peaceful nights and peaceful days, if I chose a late morning. It was literally near everything and I walked to every place I wanted to see. It was safe and easy to get to. I would absolutely stay at this property again and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We absolutely loved our stay here — the apartment was brilliant and we genuinely couldn’t fault it! Pierpaolo was a wonderful host: incredibly attentive, friendly and with fantastic communication from the moment we booked, before our stay and throughout our time there. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He also gave great recommendations for food and drink which was an added bonus! The room itself was modern, stylish and finished to a really high standard. We had everything we needed, including a fridge, coffee machine, large TV and AC (which was very welcome!). The bathroom was smart, well equipped and, like the rest of the apartment, impeccably clean. The location was also fantastic and really central, making it super easy to explore Florence on foot and get to all the main places without any hassle. Just to note, the layout is a little different from a traditional apartment — there are individual rooms within each apartment, with a shared kitchen area. There’s also another fridge and an oven available if you need them. We also really appreciated being able to leave our luggage there after check-out as we had a later departure. Overall, we had such a great stay and would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence. You won’t be disappointed! 🇮🇹✨ Just a note there are quite a lot of steps to the first floor and second floor apartments with no lift so just something to bear in mind

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was spotless, everything felt new and well cared for, and the room was perfectly quiet — we slept so well. The host welcomed us with great patience, helped us park our car, waited for us without rushing, explained everything in detail, and even gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. This property is right in the heart of Florence. Location is within easy walking distance to all major attractions (and only a 3 min walk from Trattoria ZaZa and Mercato Centrale). Most importantly, the rooms are spotless and fully updated in a modern hotel style. The service from the owner was nothing short of excellent. It’s a 10! We would highly recommend staying here.

We had an excellent stay at Madison Ginori Guelfa. Arrived and we were met by our host Pierpaolo, who was so welcoming and gracious. He provided restaurant and site recommendations, mapped our location and destinations and he was accessible by text if anything was needed. The room and facilities were pristine and very comfortable. We greatly enjoyed our stay. We will return and wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Wonderful place overall. Our family arrived earlier than their check-in time but had to leave our luggage. The host came to greet us and took care of all the necessities with a welcoming gesture. He was thorough and responsive. The room was well decorated and modern, just like in the pictures on the website. I loved the bathroom—it was spacious and gorgeous. Not to mention the location, which was close to all the main attractions and the train station. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Maison Ginori Guelfa! Pierpaolo was a gracious host who met us at check in, helped with luggage and even showed us the accommodations. He gave us recommendations around Florence of what to do and where to eat. The apartments have key card access. It was quiet and private with daily housekeeping. We never went without. Next time we come to Florence, we will be booking Maison Ginori Guelfa! Absolutely fantastic, like a 5 star hotel.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Maison Ginori Guelfa. The host, Pierpaolo, was so nice and very helpful! He contacted me the day before to see when we planned to arrive to make sure all was ready for us and I asked him if I could get some suits pressed for the day after and he said it was no problem at all, he dropped them off himself and I got them back at the time promised the next day. While we had an itinerary planned, he still had great recommendations for places to go and was happy to get us cabs as needed, just had to text him a few minutes ahead of time, he was always very responsive. The place is also just a couple of blocks from the Duomo, there’s a pharmacy, atm right around the corner and many restaurants/bistros in the immediate area. The room itself was spacious and newly renovated. Next time we’re on Florence, we’re definitely staying there again!

Pierpaolo was an amazing host. He greeted us and provided us a map of suggested restaurants and best times for sights. We had our stay as a last minute trip with limited time in Florence, so his guidance was very much appreciated. The room was very clean and the powerful AC was amazing. It was a fun fact to know it was originally a building owned by the Medici family. I definitely plan to return and 100% would recommend as its location and quality are perfect.

The kitchenette in the hallway was a nice surprise and overall our stay here was lovely. The host did send a lot of messages during our stay so I did turn our chat on silent to stop getting distracted. The only downside we notice was that my husband ran out of hot water during his shower and even the next morning, it still didn’t seem like the hot water was back
