The room was clean and comfortable, but a bit dated. The breakfast selection was brilliant and really tasty. The staff were very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. Just note the jacuzzi is closed now.

We had a great stay at the City Hotel. The staff were the best thing about it. So friendly and welcoming. Room was lovely and spacious. We had a newly refurbed room. Breakfast was great. We went to the pool and were a little disappointed that there was no shampoo or conditioner etc im the showers in the pool. Pool changing was also quite cold. All in all a great stay was had and I’d highly recommend. Hotel is under refurbishment so things a bit weird in terms of layout but no issues at all for us.

Room was old ,needed painted..not the cleanest!! Staff were nice. One bar person forgot her manners The hotel charged for parking when it stated on site free parking!! Wouldn't recommend Didn't eat in the hotel...had one drink in the bar area...not the cleanest or most comfortable area.... renovations have stopped!!!

Location is great. The pool was warm and enjoyable. Slept well because the room had blackouts and comfortable temperature. Shower had great water pressure even on the 5th floor. We would stay there again.
