MAMO*HI GUESTS Vacation Rentals-TERRIBLE SERVICE
Terrible and stressful experience. They (MAMO*HI GUESTS VACATION H - management company) never responded to our text/emails which we sent to them 48 hours prior to arrival as requested. So we flew from the United States and had to wait in the lobby for over 2.5 hours for them to finally contact us and allow us the property after the all of a sudden REQUIRED A LARGE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND ANOTHER MISC. CHARGE. Then, when we finally got in there the Wi-Fi did not work. we contacted the company again (MAMO) and they kept promising to have it fixed but never did. so the whole time we needed to use Wi-Fi (which was very often to book tickets and sight seeing and taxis) we had to go down to the lobby for all of that for the entire 4 days we were there. We contacted them and Hotels.com once we were back in the U.S. but MAMO would not credit us any amount for their lack of response for both the check in process and not having Wi-Fi. Hotels.com did give us some rewards dollars for our next booking with them. Overall Dubai was beautiful but this management company, MAMO*HI GUESTS VACATION H, is a horrible company to deal with. I am trying to find out how to message the owner directly to make sure he knows what is going on with his guests. Oh, and now over 30 days since we left the property they have promised over and over and over to return the security deposit but as of today we still have not received that either. I have disputed the charge with my CC company.
