Delightful

Beautiful room and beautiful hotel. Lovely terrace for balloon watching or simply just having coffee and reading. Room was comfortable although could do with some TLC. Parking is not easy and streets are very narrow so would recommend parking in the town and a short walk.

I recently stayed at Aris Hotel in Cappadocia. The location is excellent, right in the center, and the room itself looked beautiful and spacious. The balcony has a nice view of the hot air balloons in the morning, which could be wonderful. Breakfast was fine, served at the table, simple but okay. The employees were excellent—very kind and helpful throughout my stay. Unfortunately, I cannot give 5 stars because of two serious issues: 1. The entire room smelled strongly of drainage-sewage coming from the bathroom. The bathroom has a nice bathtub and a shower combined with the toilet, but the smell spread into the whole room. 2. The balcony, although with a beautiful view, smelled strongly of cat urine. The cushions, the floor, and everything around had the smell, which made it impossible to enjoy sitting outside. The hotel may have a good location and design, and the staff was great, but the constant sewage smell in the room and the cat urine on the balcony completely ruined the experience.

The hotel opened recently… the beginning of April… so everything is beautiful and new… they are still working on the rooftop area and will complete that soon… the personnel are incredibly caring, attentive and sincere. Wonderful location—- far enough to not hear the noise of Goreme yet close enough to join in anything going on. Ali is wonderful… helps you with anything you might need… Spacious rooms…Great attention… what more could you ask for !!!! Highly recommend!!!

The property is clean with big and beautiful rooms, has one of the best terraces and the staff are super nice. They were generous to share a delicious soup with my son whichthey had prepared for their staff. I needed milk for my baby late at night and they gave us a big carton of milk free of charge. The place is close to the center of Goreme... it's a little gem of a place. The breakfast was great and the chef, Isha was her name i think, made eggs the way we asked which was not in the menu. The towels are clean and new.. Wanted to stay another night but was booked. Loved the stay.

I had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel in Cappadocia! From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. Fatih, the owner, was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond by organizing our airport pick-ups and arranging fantastic tours, ensuring that we made the most of our time in the area. The hotel itself is stunning! everything is new, beautifully designed like a cave, and extremely comfortable. The rooms are spacious and stylish, providing a perfect blend of luxury and coziness. The breakfast each morning was a real highlight, with a vast and delicious Turkish dishes. From beginning to end, the level of service from the entire team was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Cappadocia!

It’s a small hotel, 7 rooms in total. My room was clean. Slippers, body soap, shampoo and hair conditioner are provided. Towels are fresh and clean. What’s most outstanding is customer service. Berk, the receptionist helped me book the balloon flight with Royal Balloon upon arrival at the hotel. He gave me suggestion to take the balloon flight with just 16 passengers which is the best coz it’s not too crowded and there is room to take photos. Burak, the hotel owner helped me find a taxi to go to Pasabag. The taxi driver recommended to me was the best. The driver was pleasant and didn’t recommend unnecessary tours. You can trust Burak with his recommendations especially if you don’t speak Turkish. There is a rooftop that you can stay in the afternoon to watch the sunset and eventually admire the lights of the surrounding buildings. The hotel is within the Center of Goreme, not too close to the noisy streets but not too far. I highly recommend Ares Cave. Will recommend this hotel to family and friends. I will gladly book this hotel again in my future visit to Goreme.

Likes (as selected above): Rooftop view, walkable distance to town, quiet & safe. The staff was helpful but there were times where communication between property staff members was poor and it caused some problems for us / guests. We did clearly address these issues with the manager and our belief is that they will improve. One thing that we think should be highlighted is that the toilet is located in the shower area; at least that was the case for room #107. So, when taking a shower, the floor around the toilet also gets quite wet and doesn’t drain properly; floor is not properly ‘sloped’. They may actually need to do some re-construction for this room to address this issue (?). Another point that some people may have an issue with is that the entire shower / toilet / basin / bathtub area is a room enclosed with glass partition / door. What this means is that someone sitting on toilet (or taking a shower/ bath) has minimal privacy from another person in the adjacent room bed. For couples that are really close, probably not an issue; note again that this is about room # 107 .. cannot speak to the other rooms. Would we stay there again ? Answer is ‘maybe’ if we know for sure that hot air balloons will fly over the Goreme area during our stay .. That sight with so many balloons would be absolutely amazing .. (during our short stay, Goreme ballon flights were cancelled due to high wind forecasts 🙁 next time in Cappadocia, we will definitely stay at least 5-7 nights.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön vorallem unser Zimmer 106 war sehr schön. Die Terasse ist sehr schön gestaltet und man hat eine tolle Aussicht über Göreme. Vielen Dank an Burak und Berk für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Dieses Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen.

Harika Bir Deneyim! Kapadokya’daki ilk konaklamamızdı ve gerçekten mükemmel bir seçim yapmışız. Otel inanılmaz temiz ve merkezi bir konumda. Personel inanılmaz derecede kibar ve misafirperverdi, kendimizi çok özel hissettik. Yemekler tek kelimeyle şahane! Kahvaltısı özellikle muhteşemdi, her şey taze ve lezzetliydi. Otelin genel atmosferi, hizmet kalitesi ve konforu bizi fazlasıyla memnun etti. Eğer Kapadokya’ya gidiyorsanız, hiç düşünmeden bu oteli tercih edebilirsiniz. Tertemiz, huzurlu ve harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşamak isteyenler için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!
