The classic Karlsbad luxury spa experience. We loved the treatments (facials, face massage, and stone massage). The whole staff was well-trained, helpful, and friendly. It is very large, with two separate buildings/receptions, which was somewhat cumbersome. Truthfully, the hotel is not very well-suited for guests with disabilities (stairs that can’t be avoided, sometimes without handrails, and the accessible room they gave us was as far from the spa as it could be). We made it work, but the hotel could have offered more support.

We found the staff very helpful and the breakfast was satisfactory. We were completely spoiled with their fixed price 7 course dinner. We were located in the Dependance which was over the road but that did not cause any problems. You have to valet your car as their is very little parking. The hotel is located at the edge of the Old Town which is perfect for sightseeing.
