Great property in a great location - only 4 mins from the airport via car and a 10 minute walk into town center. Excellent food as well, the breakfast which was included in the stay was top tier. Staff are extremely friendly, however at times they appear to be understaffed with an inability to adjust (i.e. 2 workers at the pool bar for a crowd of 40 people and 4 employees standing in the lobby working the front desk for occasional guests that come in). Took an hour to get a sandwich and glass of wine. When the sandwich came out, it was cold as if it was sitting there for a while. Not what you would expect from 5 star resorts

Beautiful design hotel with huge pools that are warm with swim up bar. Rooms are generous size and luxurious. Bed is excellent. Very nice balcony to overlook the beautiful property. Breakfast was included and is the best in Chios by far. Bar area is located upstairs with great drinks despite occasional slow service. Overall earns its 5 star status.

Good modern facility in Chios

There are no other hotels with a modern aesthetic in Chios. This hotel, across the street from the ocean, is a wonderful exception. Pros are architecture, reception area, meals and pool front rooms. Downside is somewhat uneven restaurant service with most wait staff needing a refresher course on the basics, very sparse rooms with not well thought out furniture arrangements, lots of kids, lots of smokers with wind blowing in your face, loud music at pool, no one allowed to sit in ocean view bar for any meal — only for drinks. It is theoretically walking distance to the main town but not a very pretty walk nor a very pretty town. Taxis anywhere can be called and are very reasonable for an island. Airport is very close but very few planes fly over so not much of an issue. Wish there were umbrellas to be able to use pool sunbeds without burning. And at these prices you should get more free water and some snacks.

If I could give six stars I would. What a fantastic retreat to relax and enjoy. The amenities were amazing, and the staff offered unparalleled service with smiles and hospitality. The best hotel in Chios hands down and what a special gift to the island. Anytime we’re in Chios, this is the place will be. We highly recommend!

We come to Chios very often and this is about our fourth stay at this hotel. It's an incredibly high-quality hotel, perfect for Chios. Lately, we always choose this hotel whenever we come. The staff is excellent, the service is friendly, and in my opinion, it's perfect. Chios should appreciate the value of this hotel.

Staff was very helpful and responsive to all requests for assistance, information, or services. Swim up room was large, immaculate, and very quiet. Facilities were brand new and superb. Breakfast had a wide variety of well-cooked/baked, fresh, and delicious options. Ordering from menu was available. We chose Royal Pearl Island Hotel for our honeymoon, and we were extremely satisfied with our experience from start to finish. Before making our reservation, I called the hotel with several questions and received clear, detailed, and professional answers. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that even though we were there before the official check-in time, the staff welcomed us without any issues. The reception team was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. We were offered complimentary refreshments upon arrival, guided through the facilities, and even received a thoughtful welcome gift. As a honeymoon couple, we also found some lovely surprises waiting for us in our room, which made us feel truly special. The hotel's location, service quality, and cleanliness were outstanding. The breakfast and dining experience exceeded all our expectations, with delicious food and a great variety of options. Every detail seemed carefully considered to ensure guests had a memorable stay. The lighting throughout the resort created a beautiful atmosphere, and the pool was impeccably clean. Our room with direct pool access was an absolutely unique and enjoyable experience, adding an extra level of comfort and luxury to our vacation. It was our 2nd hotel for a long vacation. (Cesme - Xios -Kos) We had a serious medical emergency (with official hospital papers) and asked those three hotels for help, postponement, etc.. The hotel in Cesme, Turkiye (non-refundable reservation) told us they are very sorry and did not charge. Even though they do not have to The Hotel is Kos said they are sorry (non-refundable reservation), and they will hold the reservation on hold for a month, without extra charge. Even they do not have to. This hotel refused all our kind requests (hold for later or refund with a penalty), even though there serious medical condition. Keep saying it is non-refundable. Never ever recommend to anyone or stay there again.

Loved the private jacuzzi rooms overlooking the pool. Rooms were elegantly simple with clean lines and lighting for every mood. Pool was clean and refreshing. Easy, safe parking. Staff was excellent. Would definitely return!
