Felt very let down by Hotels.com

We booked this hotel after a lot of research as Hotels.com stated that you provided “restaurant, lounge, bar. When we checked in the reception staff advised us that there were none of these. Also the room we specifically booked was not available! That being said the 3 members of staff that we met were exceptional.

Lovely Hotel

A lovely hotel in a fascinating town. Tudela is largely pedestrianised and with short streets sat nav struggled. On my third circuit I parked and walked to the hotel. A very warm and friendly greeting from Daniela, nothing was too much trouble and all delivered in good English. We parked our car in the nearby underground car park. Hotel is only 6 months old and room is well designed with an excellent shower and very comfortable bed. Dog was made very welcome. Breakfast was, unusually, not self service, my wife had yoghurt and fruit and I had toast with Mozarella and Avocado. A wonderful stay

Nice stay in Tudela

The hotel was really good. I would gladly stay again. The bed was so comfortable and the room was super clean. We had our small dog with us and he was more than welcome. The location is really good in the old town close to restaurants, bars and cafes. The receptionist was really helpful with everything and recommended good places to eat.

Nice hotel but finding it was a nightmare. Directions are given to their check-in but what they don't mention is its just a street sign above a parking space down the road from the hotel - not helpful when you are looking for a building. Thankfully a call led to a receptionist popping down to meet us and later taking us to a secure covered car park. Probably the town being in lockdown ahead of a visit by the King and Queen didn't help. It's a high tech hotel modern hotel built into an old building. Electric everything in the bedroom butnhadbto stumble through the dark to turn on lights because no switch by door, My wife complained about poor lighting around the mirror for doing makeup.

El hotel es coqueto. Muy bien ubicado. Al estar en el casco antiguo, el coche hay que dejarlo fuera del mismo (paseo del castillo, por ejm.) o en los aparcamientos que te indica el hotel. No probamos el restaurante pero tiene muy buena pinta. Ahora bien, aspectos incómodos: - la domótica de la habitación. A pesar de las instrucciones y de estar acostumbrados a usar domótica, es tremendamente loca y complicada para encender y apagar las luces, o todo o nada, no puedes ir por zonas. - El cabecero de la cama es incómodo para estar sentado leyendo, por ejemplo, ya que es un estante - Las almohadas son muy malas, muy planas y quedan duras, da igual que uses dos o tres - La luz de emergencia en la puerta (verde) ilumina media habitación, necesitas un antifaz para poder dormir bien - En la habitación 51, sube el olor del restaurante, y la última noche, tuvimos a las 4 am un olor horrible que nos despertó y hasta que conseguimos que se fuera no había quien durmiera. No sabemos de donde venía. Creo que las habitaciones hay que hacerlas prácticas y cómodas ya que los usuarios estamos muy poco tiempo en ellas.

Hôtel très propre et très agréable. J’ai surtout eu la chance d’être accueilli par Clémentine à la réception : adorable, souriante et particulièrement professionnelle. Arrivé très tard dans la nuit, elle m’a indiqué où garer ma voiture et, inquiète que je ne retrouve pas facilement mon chemin entre le parking et l’hôtel dans les petites rues de la vieille ville, elle est même sortie me chercher vers 1 heure du matin ! Malgré l’heure tardive, elle m’a accueilli avec le sourire et a encore pris le temps de me conseiller sur les endroits à visiter le lendemain. Un vrai sens de l’accueil et du service. Je tiens sincèrement à la féliciter : des personnes aussi disponibles et professionnelles donnent une excellente image de l’établissement. Concernant l’hôtel, il est très propre et très bien situé. Le petit-déjeuner est assez simple, mais on y trouve l’essentiel, et la personne qui s’en occupait était également très sympathique et accueillante. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et j’espère avoir l’occasion d’y retourner. Encore merci à Clémentine pour son accueil exceptionnel !

Petit hôtel au cœur du T’éluda, dans une rue piétonne. Les chambres sont spacieuses, super literie, déco et ambiance soignée. Il y a tout un système de domotique permettant de créer des ambiances lumineuses. Notre chambre avait vue sur les toits. Attention: centre ville interdit aux véhicules sous peine d’amende de 200 euros. L’hôtel a un parking à 100m.

Chambre confortable et agréable. Personnel très professionnel et accueillant. Petit déjeuné que j’aurais apprécié un peu plus copieux et avec des avocats frais (ceux servit ne l’était pas, un peu dommage, mais le reste était bon), mais dans l’ensemble, tout à fait correct.

Personnel très sympathique et serviable, AR de resa via Whattsapp dans le quart d’heure et explications et proposition parking pour l’arrivée ( ce qui est indispensable vu qu’on ne peut accéder à l’entrée de l’hôtel en voiture). Hôtel rénové il y a 2 ans, très propre et design mais au dépit du confort. Notamment la douche en tête de lit , avec coin lavabo . Pas de cintres dans la penderie( on Noys en a apporté dans les 5 min) seulement 2 patères pour pendre les serviettes. Pas testé petit dejeuner ni restau.

Magnifique hôtel en plein centre ville de Tudela. (Vieux centre). Très belle chambre au dernier étage, belle décoration et literie confortable. Tout sentait très bon. L’accueil était super par la jeune fille française, très sympathique et aidante. Merci pour tout nous reviendrons!
