The staff welcome was very kind. We stayed here unexpectedly after a flight was cancelled, but were pleased with the stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my visit. The property has a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere and a beautiful tropical setting that feels perfectly suited to the island. My room and the surrounding areas were very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the beach—so it was easy to enjoy the water, the sunsets, and the laid-back rhythm of Southwest Bay. The staff were also helpful with information about activities and ways to explore the island, which made the stay even more enjoyable. What stood out most was the combination of warm hospitality, cleanliness, convenience, and natural beauty. It felt comfortable, authentic, and connected to the spirit of Providencia rather than overly commercial. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful island experience near the beach.

Café da manhã bem simples, mas gostoso. O quarto tinha 2 dormitórios, sendo que o da entrada ao quarto achamos bem escuro (a luz acesa não dava conta). Não tinha água quente, mas isso não foi um grande problema. As toalhas de banho e rosto tinham um cheiro muito forte, como se estivessem guardadas a muito tempo.

Água fria nos quartos. Hospitalidade moderada, pessoal pouco acolhedor. Tudo que faziam por nós parecia um trabalho enorme e que estávamos incomodando. O filho da dona da pousada veio que como queria uma satisfação por não termos fechado passeios com o próprio hotel. Café da manhã limitado, passei vontade e fome.
