Stay at this hotel. Always clean and decent. Second lift has been out of order for several weeks.

Excellent value for money. A one night stop over and everything was pretty decent. Good breakfast with friendly staff. Only one working elevator which was a bit annoying as the wait was long but apart from that no other negatives at all.

Convenient location within the Union Square Mall. Room very clean. Beds comfortable. Nice restaurant and bar with great city view from large windows . Full length mirror in room - always appreciated. Hairdryer hung under desk, making smart use of space. Staff friendly and helpful.

Only thing that let the hotel down was the dining room. Room really needs a refresh but the breakfast itself was fine. Otherwise staff were great, room was clean & well situated for shops, restaurants etc.

The hotel was near the train station and within the mall! Lots of restaurants nearby, shopping and the bus station! The room was clean, spacious and well maintained! The staff were friendly and helpful! A nice place to stay!

Perfect for our quick overnight stopover. The room was spotlessly clean, and the exceptionally comfortable bed gave us a great night's sleep.

Clean room, clean hotel. Staff were very helpful. Watched interactions with staff and other guests, could not fault, very professional, polite, friendly and helpful. Only one issue and that was that one lift was out of order, so took a little longer to wait for working one. A little inconvenience, but nothing major.

Great hotel minutes from railway station. Situated in the shopping mall with great shops and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely touch giving us free vouchers for drinks and coffee and money off vouchers for discounted food & drinks.

8/10 Very good

This hotel has location as its best feature. We’d stay here again for that. I’m not a fan of booking in advance and getting a wheelchair accessible room. I feel those rooms should be saved for those who need them. The other downside was the elevator situation. One was out of order our entire visit. We’d take the stairs but not with over 100lbs of luggage.

Very central hotel adjacent to bus and railway station. Also the hotel is with the main shopping mall in Aberdeen. Hotel bar serves nice food. Rooms very comfortable and quiet.

4/10 Fair

Hotel needs a deep clean, looks and feels grubby. Two very young receptionists, male and female, were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is right beside the train station and shopping centre, Bus station is very close. Didn't use any amenities. I wouldn't stay again even if it was given a good clean as it only has a shower over the bath which is too difficult for those with mobility issues who don't want a disabled room.

Great location if you are going to the theatre, Tivoli or Music Hall. Beside rail and bus depots and the shops. Stayed several times and will definitely go again.

Ideal location next to the railway station. Some good restaurants nearby. Hotel was clean and staff helpful. Rooms were clean but are in need or refurbishment/redecoration. Nevertheless. We enjoyed our stay.
