Fixie Lofts is in the heart of the National District and is within walking distance to almost everything from grocery stores to pharmacies. Restaurants and shopping are all within 250m from the unit The unit is nicely outfitted to provide comfort, including running hot water, which is a luxury which is not normally afforded at most BnB’s in the Dominican Republic. If you want peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. Music on the streets play well into the night. This adds to the charm of staying in the heart of Distrito Nacional.

It is a charming loft that perfectly captures the elegance of a bygone era. The building has intricate architectural details that tell stories of its rich past. However, despite the undeniable charm, our stay was marred by the noise from the surrounding area. Unfortunately, the neighborhood can be quite lively, and during our visit, we encountered a significant disturbance. A neighbor two doors down blasted loud music from midnight until 8 a.m., which made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. While the hotel itself is lovely, the noise issue detracted from what could have been a perfect stay. If you're a light sleeper or looking for a quiet retreat, it might be worth checking whether the area is likely to be noisy during your visit. That said, if you can handle a bit of commotion, then it is a fantastic place to soak in some history and charm.

These beautifully designed, spacious lofts in a handsome historic building right in the heart of the colonial zone made a brilliant haven for our second stay in Santo Domingo. The owners were responsive and kind and we would love to stay there again.

Un alojamiento espacioso y tranquilo. Sientes que vuelves a casa después de pasar el día fuera. Pequeña piscina para refrescarse , Con nevera, aire acondicionado y ventilador. Zona segura yo viajé sola y volvía a casa por la noche sola, Hay mucha policía para turistas ( pero no despirtarse, si hurtaron un móvil en un restaurante cercano ) pero repito , es seguro para turistas y el alojamiento de Fixie es genial , muy céntrico y seguro,con clave para entrar y llaves. Con una decoración muy bonita. Compartí la estancia con una familia con niños pequeños. Eché en falta el secador porque no suelo viejas con el mío y una pequeña luz dentro del establecimiento cerca de la caja de llaves , pero con la linterna del móvil todo bien . Lo recomiendo mucho . Y son muy amables .

El lugar está en una ubicación perfecta para caminar a todos lados en el distrito colonial. Los cuartos y área compartida está igualita que las fotos. Súper limpio, huele rico, y amplio. Si te gusta tomar fotos este lugar es perfecto! Lo único malo es que no hay tele.

Nos encanto el alojamiento, lugar muy lindo con mucho encanto. Estuvimos muy comodos, se agradece la piscina despues de pasear por la zona colonial. Esta muy bien ubicado. Acepta mascotas, tranquilo, seguro.. una maravilla. Lo recomendamos y repetiremos. Mey nos atendio muy rapido por wasap y respondio a todas nuestras dudas, muchas gracias
