The property is amazing! Right as we walked in we were warmly greeted and provided with an early check in. The receptionist took us to our room to make sure we liked it and the room was clean, modern, specious with amazing view. I think we actually got upgraded to a better room without even asking. The property has 3 pools, free cabanas and beach beds to use. They provide free buffet breakfast. It’s about 20min walk to the town. The hotel offers free shuttle which is very convenient. We stayed in 4 different hotels during our French Rivera trip and this one was the best so far. Would highly recommend to anyone who actually wants resort amenities and excellent experience.

The view from the hotel is beautiful and the common areas are clean and modern. The rooms have horrible showers that leak all over the bathroom floor, the floor hallways are dark, dirty and smell horrible and the door handles to the rooms don’t always work. The guest elevators didn’t work the entire stay so everyone had to use the kitchen elevator which smelled horrible and was really dirty. Pretty view but unfortunately not a pleasant stay especially for the rate.

This property has the potential for a 5 star rating. Beautiful pools and landscaping with lovely, helpful staff. Unfortunately, there is considerable deferred maintenance throughout the property which detracts from the overall experience.

We loved the Kube
Pretty new hotel with an excellent location close to both city center (free shuttles on request which is great) and Ramatuelle. We came by car this time and this was an excellent choice from that perspective as well. Communication via WhatsApp worked very well and service was impeccable. The villas are nice. I can warmly recommend the Kube

It’s was my fourth time in St Tropez, and fourth time at Kube, next year I will undoubtedly choose this amazing hotel again, they have the most spectacular pool, the best concierge ever, the service is really amazing, the food, the location, everything is just perfect in this place. Thank you! See you next year!

I don't know how this place got its' rating but at best it's a 3 star motel-type accommodations. Very basic room with ugly tile floors and super basic furniture. Not nice views.

We stayed at the property last year and loved it, but this year when we came back everything weren’t like last year. They’re no longer have beach towels,staff weren’t as nice , do not book the white room , it’s like staying in a motell, toilet was extremely uncomfortable and felt like a hospital r room, we had to upgrade to a villa which make our vacation so much better.

The property landscape, location and facaility were excellent. The shower was not good. The head was as big of the shower and didn’t work properly. Square toilet bowl was a pain as well.

Absolutely terrible anc no manager to deal with issues.Dirty room and a seaview room equals a main road infront where you hear constant traffic.More a budget 2 star definitely not 5 star.Wouldn’t recommend.

The Hotel staff were amazing. Efficient, friendly and smart. The location of the hotel is excellent. Courtesy car was very useful into St Tropez.
Our junior Suite was very attractive but the high tech just didn’t work. The Hamman was confusing as was the blue tooth. The aircon wasn’t easy to operate. The towel rail never heated up. The location of the suite over the Bar meant it was noisy until well past 0200.
The mirror lighting in the bathroom was a mystery.
Sadly the main mystery was the lack of a Balcony.

Oh my god i don't know where to start, first of all our room was literally next to the kitchen, like they improvise a room in a closet or so. At the room the shower was clogged so the water wont run, but the worst of all: we got ROBBED ! We left a do not disturb sign during all of our stay, and when doing the checkout we noticed that we were missing money from both of our wallets ( my husbands & mine) i reported this to the front desk and they told me that they would investigate about this and call me back. Six days and six calls later i haven’t received a single call from them nor a resolution.

I would not recommend staying at this property. To start off our stay, we arrived at 4pm but the room wasn’t ready until 520pm. They said we could wait in the pool area and so we did and ordered a drink. After an hour , I checked back on the drink order to find out that the drink order was forgotten about. They said they would make another one right away. After waiting another 15 min, I told them to just forget about the order because I wasn’t going to wait around for it. The room itself was stifling so we put the airconditioning very high but the room did not cool down very fast even after 24 hours . This was very annoying considering we stayed at many hotels in the French Riviera the weeks before and after the stay at the kube where the airconditioning was perfect . Furthermore, there were ants in our first room , to which the night staff handed us a bottle of Raid. After midnight, they moved us to a different room due to all of the problems , and guess what ? The new room was a dead spot for wifi, so it was myself and a teenager hanging out in the stairs in order to get wifi. Also, the airconditioning was poorly circulating again. The staff did not hesitate to make excuses for why things were the way they were on the property and we ended up cutting our stay short and stayed only one night as opposed to 4. They offered no refund or dinner or anything for all of our troubles. They did order a free drink which I took as an insult considering everything we went through.
