I could not recommend this hotel enough. It was so beautiful and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. My husband and I stayed in the penthouse suite and would definitely recommend paying a little extra to get that room, it was so worth it! Stunning details all around and an incredible balcony with a hot tub and lounge area.

This was our second time staying at Monastik. Honestly, we would never want to stay anywhere else. Monastik is an absolute gem, close to everything. The property is of the highest quality and an amazing place to rest and unwind after a busy day of sightseeing and taking all that Athens has to offer. Absolutely every detail have been carefully curated and we are very grateful for Monastik and for the staff. 5 stars on all fronts.

I can’t see enough good things about this property. Everything was luxurious and beyond comfortable. The property is sexy and tasteful and designed with such an eye for detail. The area is super convenient to get around the city and staff couldn’t have been more helpful! I will definitely come back here again in a heartbeat. Also, I can’t say enough about the rooftop with the view of the Acropolis and the lovely seating area with the little pool area. The only thing I would say is that the pool is not heated. But that could be nice on a hot day.

An absolute gem of a hotel. The rooms are extra large with floor to ceiling windows, beautiful architecturally designed spaces, a very comfortable bed with premier linen. The staff are warm and welcoming and couldn’t do enough to ensure a special stay. We have stayed in many places in Athens but this hotel is definitely at the top of our list. It is about a 10 minute walk into the centre - easy walk and lots of great, local cafes in the neighbourhood. The spa on the rooftop was such a bonus. We watched the sunrise over the acropolis sitting there this morning. Highly recommend .

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay! The staff were very attentive, the breakfast was perfect, and we enjoyed the rooftop patio with hot tub after a long day of exploring Athens. We were able to walk to all of the sites and always felt safe in the Mets neighborhood.

If you're looking for an oasis away from the typical tourist crowds, this is it. The design and rooms are stunning, and the rooftop jacuzzi is a highlight for relaxing. It is situated between two busy streets, so expect some traffic noise regardless of the hour. If you're sensitive to sound at night, earplugs make it a non-issue. Great proximity to local dining and sights! Super attentive and friendly staff as well
