From the moment I opened the door to my suite the terrible smell was overwhelming. I tried to deal with it for two days but could not take it anymore. I contacted the front desk and they sent over a kid with a spray can of air freshener. It did nothing. Then during checkout the charged me resort fees which was already paid for with my hotels.com contract. I showed them my hotels.com invoice showing the fees in the total I paid and they would not accept.

They said my prepaid Expedia reservation was invalid and I filed a complaint with Expedia and am still waiting for my refund!!!! The customer service at hotel was very rude to me and Expedia has not got back to me with my refund status????? They would not give me a room because they said my reservation booking was fraudulent
