Hotel was very nice, great location, Comfortable bed, restaurant is very good, pumpkin pie dessert was fantastic. Staff is amazing and SO helpful. Highly recommend! Breakfast was very good as well. Unfortunately our stay was short and we did not have the opportunity to use the pool or spa amenities.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a welcoming and amazing stay, and even though my flight times changes three times, they still managed to get me a ride to the hotel promptly on my airport arrival. The food was great, it was so clean, and little surprising touches to my stay that made me feel like royalty. I will 100% stay here again!

Centrally located oasis with lovely pool, bar and restaurant. Arrived early and we were accommodated with a ready room, and shuttle arranged to take us very efficiently to the airport day of our departure (only a 10-15 min drive away). Staff very professional - even down to tour of the included breakfast, which included hot food options and a beautiful spread of options. Would recommend!

Lovely quiet hotel in the centre of town. A buffet breakfast had all the requirements - coffee, juice, cereal, yogurt, pancakes, eggs and toast. The room was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel restaurant was exceptional and there was a bar area for a quick drink and lunch. Local restaurants were a short walk away and tours of the area picked us up around the corner. Small markets were close by to pick up a snack or drinks. Would highly recommend.

This is a very nice hotel. The location is excellent. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and spa are beautiful. We loved the our rooms outdoor patio. Everything is top notch. We had an early flight, needed a taxi ride. Front desk staff were kind enough to take us to the airport. This was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this hotel.

What a fantastic hotel. Situated in the heart of the city making it easy to navigate. Pedro and his staff cannot be more helpful, always with a smile and genuinely interested in making sure you get the most from your stay. The breakfast was wonderful, I cannot tell you much about the selection as on the 1st morning I had the Eggs Benedict, then the second day etc etc, that's how good they were. The pool has a wonderful serene feel to it and we were lucky to have it to ourselves. If you are planning any time in Ponta Delgada I can highly recommend this hotel.
