Everything was better than expected.
Great Hotel a lot better than what I expected. This was a one night rest in the middle stop and it turned out to be a very nice hotel in a very nice little town.

Fine traditional hotel in the Tyrol
We enjoyed staying one night here in Lienz. The room was very large and comfortable with a seating area that would have been very nice for a longer stay.
The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious. I developed a great fondness for the brown bread with pumpkin seeds served everywhere in southern Austria.

Excellent service from the young lady at front desk, she recommended us about food and restaurant, she was very friendly and professional, she speaks many languages and we were able to speak with her in English, Italian and Spanish, I don't remember her name, we would have liked to say thank you again, but she was not in the morning when we left

We only stayed 1 night on a longer road trip. We had higher expectations on this hotel since it was quite expensive. The hotel room and the stairwell area would need some renovation to remove the unfresh carpenting.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war gut(sogar mit Kühlschrank). Allerdings könnte die Zimmertür bzw. das Provisorium am Türrahmen überarbeitet werden.

The hotel is great. Great spot. Friendly staff. Clean and confortable. I always miss a room service for some food in every hotel in Europe and this one is the same, the only down side for this hotel. Everything else is a 10 out of 10.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage mit schönem Blick auf die Berge; allerdings erweist sich das abends/nachts eher als Nachteil bei den Zimmern, die nach vorne rausgehen, denn auf dem Platz davor herrscht bis weit in die Nacht hinein viel Betrieb mit Musik und lauten Unterhaltungen.
Klimaanlage gibt es leider auch keine (nur einen Standventilator, der aber so gut wie nichts bringt), so dass es im Zimmer schnell sehr heiß und stickig wird. Das Fenster geöffnet zu lassen ist leider wegen des Krachs auch keine Option.
Die Einrichtung ist recht altbacken und meine Matratze war leider hart wie ein Brett. Es gab nicht mal einen Topper, sondern nur eine hotelübliche Inkontinenzauflage. Rückenschmerzen garantiert...
Leider war der Minikühlschrank aus "Umweltschutzgründen" ausgeschaltet. Als Alternative dazu, dort eigene Getränke zu kühlen, wurde der Getränkeautomat im Erdgeschoß empfohlen.
Wirklich toll fand ich am Hotel eigentlich nur den Pool im obersten Stockwerk mit wunderbarer Aussicht.

Hôtel satisfaisant, sans plus
Accueil peu souriant, pas d'aide pour monter nos valises alors qu'il y a plusieurs marches à l'entrée de l'hôtel. Un frigo est présent dans la chambre, mais la réceptionniste nous signale que nous ne pouvons pas l'utiliser et que nous devons aller boire au bar de l'hôtel. Nous le savions mais l'hôtel n'a pas de climatisation et il faisait très chaud ; heureusement, il y avait un ventilateur mais nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit. Et enfin, le garage est éloigné de l'hôtel, sans aide pour y aller. Bref, l'hôtel ne mérite la somme que nous avons payé pour y passer une nuit

Struttura molto valida in posizione centralissima. Camere spaziose pulite e ben curate. Centro benessere con piscina molto bello. Colazione a buffet abbondante e con ampia scelta .Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Prezzi molto onesti in relazione alla validità dell offerta
