We enjoyed our stay there very much. It was very close to everything in Agen. The staff was very helpful and friendly and would highly recommend to other visitors.

The Serra was truly wonderful. It surpassed much more expensive hotels we have stayed at even taking account of status upgrades. The room was spacious and beautiful- one small criticism is the low hanging light over the table which I hit with my head - twice. But a lovely bath and separate huge shower along with high quality towels and robes. Lovely bar, sitting area and restaurant. I sound like an advert - but it was really that good.

Adorable 4* boutique hotel in the heart of Agen

Top hotel in the heart of Agen. Very well located. Perfect service and we even hired bikes to discover the city. We will be back!

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. Our room was very large and the air conditioning was perfect. The front desk staff were welcoming and very friendly. We also enjoyed the exercise room on property and the location of the property. It was close to the highway as well as to the center of town. We were able to walk to coffee shops and restaurants. We would definitely reccomend this hotel!

Give this a try

Completely newly built, unfortunately few guests, good gym, good wine bar, lousy breakfast, staff were absolutely fantastic, good parking facilities.

Design features overrode room comfort

Everywhere was beautifully decorated and very clean. But the room fittings were a little inconvenient. There was only one bedside cabinet and only one bedside light for a double bed. Unfortunately they were on opposite sides of the bed. So if you had the bedside lamp you had to put your accoutrements on the floor on the shelf above and behind the bed. If you had the bedside cabinet you had a large overhead light whose switch also controlled the main lights. There was an armchair in the room which was very comfortable but also a small wooden designer chair which looked arty but was of no use and not comfortable. So it seemed that the need for design to call themselves a boutique hotel overrode the need for comfort and usability. So main hotel facilities were great but rooms not well thought out.
Bedside lamp but no bedside cabinet.
Bedside cabinet but large overhanging light.
Very arty but very impractical.

Lovely hotel, great parking access (even with our camper van). Was disappointing that the restaurant wasn't open as we didn't realise this when booking.

la disponibilité du restaurant ou bar impossible car privatisé et la qualité du petit déjeuner baisse. on ne vient pas que pour dormir au sein de votre hôtel c'est un tout ....

8/10 Very good

L’hôtel est top et en centre ville. Chambre propre mais des cheveux dans la sdb. Pour les clients Hôtel.com chambre systématiquement côté rue, le plus bruyant donc penser à demander dès le départ côté calme, surtout jeudi et we.
