An Unforgettable Honeymoon at Hotel Valldemossa

Hotel Valldemossa offers a perfect retreat in nature with stunning views, while everything is kept impeccably clean and well-maintained. Gonzales, who guided us during our stay, was extremely kind and attentive, accommodating even our smallest requests. We visited this place for our honeymoon, and we have promised ourselves to return again someday for our wedding anniversary. Many thanks to the entire Hotel Valldemossa team for making our stay truly exceptional.

We stayed at Valledemossa Hotel for 4 nights to celebrate our anniversary. This is by far the best hotel we've ever stayed in! Every detail was appreciated, and with only 12 rooms on site, the staff is extremely attentive to every customer. The check-in process was lovely, with a welcome drink and nice tour of the property. Parking is across the street from the hotel, so may be tricky at first but not difficult after you arrive. The breakfast was high-quality and delicious. Everywhere on the property you have beautiful views of Valldemossa hills, landmarks, old buildings, and olive trees. The pool was very relaxing and the spa was a nice private space to relax and decompress. The the outdoor gym was very nice too with all kinds of equipment for weightlifting and yoga. Overall, we could not be more satisfied with the cleaning staff, concierge, grounds, and amenities. Everything was perfect and we would love to return next time we celebrate something special!

Hotel Valldemossa is an amazing property in an amazing town. The service, atmosphere, rooms, amenities, etc are all fantastic. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a boutique hotel. The town is so picturesque and idyllic, it's like being in a fairytale. I would totally go back! If I had one criticism (and it would only be because I ate there once a few years ago before the new ownership) but I preferred the old menu from the previous restaurant. The new restaurant features a Japanese/Spanish fushion menu that was good, with fresh ingredients and surprising combinations, however it was not what I went to Spain to enjoy. Maybe they could consider also offering some more traditional items for those of us who have traveled halfway across the world to have a more authentic experience. Thank you for a lovely and memorable stay!

This is a gorgeous hotel that has recently been updated under new management and they have done a wonderful job. The buildings and grounds are immaculate. It has great views in all directions and the town of Valldemossa is a short 5 minute walk. The town is quaint and has multiple places to eat as well as a few shops. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, providing great information about the surrounding area, recommendations on restaurants, and nearby activities. The concierge made dinner reservations for us when needed. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-furnished with all necessary amenities. It had a bedroom, separate indoor seating area, and private outdoor terrace. There was plenty of storage for luggage and our personal belongings. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was good. There was coffee in the room and a mini-bar. We did visit the spa (sanctuary) for a massage session which we thought was nice and relaxing. We also spent time at the pool which is peaceful and has plenty of chairs with a mixture of sun and shade. We hope to return to Mallorca and Hotel Valldemossa will certainly be on our list of places to stay.

The people who work here are very nice, but not competent. They need training. Food in the restaurant wasn’t good. It was over salted and too much sauce. Every cocktail was extremely sweet even when described by the waiter is not sweet.
