"Great breakfast with freshly made cappuccinos each morning, cold cuts, cheese, hard boiled eggs, and yogurt. Yummy! We didn’t go to the restaurants that they own and when we are on Ischia next time, we will!!!"

"Absolutely fantastic apartment and Francesco was amazing. The nicest, most helpful man. He even carried our very heavy suitcase to the apartment. I definitely recommend this place. The apartment has everything you need for a stay and is very well situated in Naples. Few tips; there are stairs to the apartment. This isn’t for you if you have mobility issues. And car parking in Naples is horrendous. We parked at the port which is €35 for 24 hours. We paid €30 overnight. This is quite cheap and close to the apartment."

"Beautiful hotel on the ocean! Perfect location with helpful friendly staff. The balconies were breathtaking & the breakfast was over top fresh & delicious. Very reasonably priced with a roof top jacuzzi over looking the ocean!"

"This hotel is at 50 metres from the beach very well situated with 2 pools filled with thermal water and Cascade showers.We spent 3 days there enjoying the pools and beautiful sundowns.We had the buffet breakfast included which had a variety of American breakfast, Italian cakes, croissants fruits etc.. For lunch they have a restaurant with reasonable prices. The only thing that could have been better is our room,we booked in January for our stay for the end of June.They gave us a room with no vue😵‍💫 Overall we enjoyed the pools,the food and the staff of this hotel."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the beautiful Hotel Torre Sant'Angelo! This family-run, charming hotel has the most beautiful view imaginable. We loved the delicious breakfasts, comfortable beds, amazing pools, and nearby Sorgeto Beach. Pietro and Umberto were incredibly helpful with planning our day, restaurant and beach recommendations, and lifts to town. We cannot wait to return one day to the island of Ischia and especially to this beautiful sport."

"Great and comfortable stay!! Natalina and her family were super kind and helpful with tips to get around. Breakfast was delicious. It’s a bit of a hike to get to the bus but it helped burn off the great food near by."

"Americo and his family were very nice and attentive, he gave us a lift to Negombo thermal park, made some calls to a local boat rental company and offered to take me and my family to the port at the end of our stayed. Just keep in mind that the hotel is 30 min walking from forio port "

"I booked this hotel for a short stay in order to visit the Poseidon terme that ischia is popular for. The hotel is very cute and in a great location in proximity to the terme. It’s not very close to the centre and services are limited but the staff was quite friendly. The check in time is noted for 12 noon but we arrived around 1145 and was not able to get into a room until almost 3 pm. The room was very clean and efficient but very hot as our air conditioner was not working. Staff encouraged us to wait it out that the heat was not so bad and we were advised that they would call a maintenance person to come and look at it. We were able to have a couple of cocktails at the hotel bar and left the hotel for several hours and returned late in the evening And the room was still very hot. After much back-and-forth, we were able to switch to a new room, but the shower in the new room did not have hot water. All in all I would book the hotel again only as a last resort or for convenience, not for service or an upgraded stay of sort."

"This was our second time staying at Cocos Park, and we'll be back. The hosts are helpful and friendly. The property is beautiful with all the trees and flowers. Breakfast is nice: meats, cheeses, sweets, juices, etc. Vito makes the BEST cappuccino! They also arranged to have a scooter brought to the hotel for us. We like the location because it's a quick ride to Poseidon, St Angelo, and our favorite restaurants."

"Lovely place to stay, beautiful and well maintained pool area, and staff (especially Rosario) couldn’t have been more helpful. Free parking also available just behind the hotel which was really handy for our rental car (also organised by Rosario). Rooms are a little bit dated and the breakfast was a slightly odd/limited experience (maybe to prevent people taking food they won’t eat?). But overall had a lovely time. "

"This is easily the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at and I'm not sure it is really close. The hotel itself is obviously gorgeous with all the amenities you could want, but the real differentiating factor was the staff. The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we checked in to the moment we left. Francesco at the front desk in particular was fantastic but all of the restaurant staff were there to answer any question and try to solve any issue. I could not recommend this hotel any more highly!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. All the staff were lovely and helpful. A special mention for Nicole, grandson of the owner, for his kindness and good humour. Breakfast was very good, and the thermal pools were gorgeous. Dining a la carte was a challenge for one of us but only because food containing octopus was not for that palette. Lunch is located separately from the evening dining rooms with a delightful view out to sea and good choices on the menu. The set evening menu tended to be better i.e. less adventurous. Of course this is all a matter of personal taste. Getting round the island is really easy by bus and it is not expensive to do so. The hotel provides an excellent shuttle service to Panza, which is a good walk up hill from the hotel to catch the buses. The shuttle will also pick up from Panza if you are not able or willing to walk back from there. This place is definitely worth a visit. "

"AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Stayed here for 3 days and my mother and I loved it. Primarily I want to give a huge applause and thank you for the hotel owner who is SUCH A PLEASURE. This man went above and beyond for making our stay so great. 👏 Breakfast is included. Beach towels are provided as well as an umbrella if needed for the beach."

"Very convenient location, near Forio port. Quite noisy, but the windows block most of the noise. The room was super dated with furniture from the ‘70’s. Same with the bar area. The garden is nice with two thermal water pools, plus there’s a warm indoor pool. They have mud treatments and many other treatments in the spa area. Breakfast is crowded and coffee from a machine is not acceptable, especially in the Campania region, which supposedly boasts the best espresso in Italy. Even the coffee from their bar is very mediocre. The staff is welcoming and kind and they do the best they can. With such a prime location, this hotel has great potential and the owners should really improve the room decor and the breakfast/coffee."

"Spectacular view. Helpful and friendly staff. The furniture desperately needs an update though, especially the "double beds" which are just two small beds pushed together, resulting in an uncomfortable gap/crack in the bed every night."

"I had hopes when they were able to accommodate an early check in but was quickly let down. The stated amenities are fraudulently portrayed. There is no restaurant except at the very bottom of a cliff not on premises. The hotel is in extremely poor shape and strongly smelled of sewer. There was not WiFi, no working elevator, no beach shuttle, not even water in the room or nearby to purchase. The pools were in dire need of a cleaning. The smell was overwhelming causing us to leave early. Do not stay here."

"I've picked this hotel because it is literally 10min walk to Negombo and it has several pools with warm sea water & thermal water. We've booked a Seaview room which had a truly amazing view and at that moment it was all I needed to rest my mind. The room itself isn't very big, but enough to accommodate two people. The shower room is pretty big, tiles slightly cracked in some places, shower isn't the most modern one, but does its job well. We didn't have any troubles with pressure or lack of hot water during our stay. I think the biggest inconvenience was that AC in the room didn't work properly, it didn't change the temperature to lower. It was very hot in the night, so we slept like in a sauna and woke up with headache every day. Opening a balcony is not a great idea, because mosquitoes are vicious, and anyway it was about 35 degrees at night. Breakfast was average, nothing special for northern European standards, but definitely very good for Italy. Italians normally eat only sweets for breakfast. They served about 10 types of cakes and croissants. They did serve some scrambled eggs, bacon, cold cuts, plain salad leaves with tomatoes, which was nothing special, but edible. For me the best part of breakfast was the watermelon. Cappuccino was tasty too. During the day we ordered some cocktails at the pool bar which were served with small complimentary snacks. The variety of pools with warm water was great. Overall very good experience, we would stay again. "

"Very Nice pool but the other facilities and rooms are not great. Front desk staff are very helpful but the service throughout the hotel is a bit lacking We had booked three rooms but when we were shown to them none of them ready. The shower leaked and the coffee and breakfast were not very appetizing."
