The hotel was well positioned in the town with a small private car park behind the hotel. The room was. Beautiful, large and well furnished, immaculately clean. There was also a large bathroom with a spa tub. We ate in the Olivier Nasti restaurant and had the taster menu. It was wonderful! Fantastic experience with amazing service. In fact during our stay all the team were i credible with nothing too much trouble.

I can’t say enough about the excellent guest service at Le Chambard. The staff was attentive, caring, and went above and beyond in every way possible. The food - both for breakfast and dinner - was outstanding, and the restaurant team able to accommodate special requests at a moment’s notice. The hotel is centrally located but also very quiet. We slept with the windows open and couldn’t hear anything all night until the birds started chirping in the morning. It was a perfect stay all around, and we hope to be back!

Fabulous…we stayed 3 days is everything that Chateau Courcelles wasn’t. All the staff were always opleasant, smiling and attentive. All the food was lovely and the 2 Michelin star restaurant was as it should be great food , great service working like clockwork…the owner Mr Nasti and his wife were always around which is nice and sets the high standards they achieve…the historic town of Kaysersberg is well worth a visit..beautiful. Great food , very high standards.

Enjoyable Stay, Lovely Hotel.

We recently stayed at this lovely hotel for 2 nights. We were met in the car park and assisted with our luggage which was a nice touch. The staff were all very friendly and professional which added to our experience of the hotel. The room was a good size and furnished in quite a minimalist style, very much to my taste. The pool area was quite small so it didn't take many people to make if feel crowded but that said a pool in a town centre hotel is a nice thing. The breakfast was exceptional with breads & pastries from the owners bakery together with an array of meat, cheese, yoghurt and sweet treats to name but a few of the items on the help yourself buffet. All in all a very enjoyable 2 nights and we would certainly re-visit if we were in the area.

I had a great experiance as a solo traveler.room was spacious and fully stocked up breakfast was very tasty and plentyfull and i always appreciate a freshly squeezed orange juice and the cakes...had dinner there too it was xlent and the somelier was very helpfull...beware service is slow as everything is prepared while you wait...there is a well stocked bar with single malts whiskys and organic gins..will return

This is a hotel so nice that I would almost defy someone to say anything bad about it. Every thing about the hotel is perfect (except for the poorly functioning room air conditioning) and every touch amazing. This is a miraculously wonderful hotel in an otherwise cute but small town.
