8/10 Very good

The staff are friendly and there are many of them. The room was a good size but the tub/shower could use a refresh. The breakfast buffet is great with an amazing selection if you can take advantage of the higher than normal price point. Within walking distance of the rail station, attractions and food/shopping.

Really nice hotel within easy walking distance from train station and a number of restaurants and convenience stores. You are some distance from the vibrant centre of Sapporo and taxi fares are quite expensive if travelling daily to these areas. Airport bus leaves from the hotel which is really convenient.

6/10 Good

Stayed at Keio Plaza Hotel for several of my trips to Sapporo . Over the last 10 years the room and service standard levels appeared to have deteriorated slightly somewhat (this is generally the case for almost all the establishments now) . Hotel is in a convenient location , clean and top notch and car rental office is just at the Lobby area.

Loved that the bathroom was Japanese in style and that breakfast was small portions so that you could almost everything. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful. A wonderful stay.
