This lives up to its name- very romantic! The room was comfortable and well-decorated, the included breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had anywhere, the staff very friendly and helpful with ideas for spas, and the in-house massage excellent. Parking is available and the location is central to the spas and colonnades. Highly recommended!

We had a standard double room which was in lovely condition and spacious enough. The bathroom was clean and modern with a walk in shower. Bed was comfortable and it was very quiet even though we had a room next to the elevator. Staff were excellent, friendly and so helpful. Position of the hotel was superb right in the centre near the spring waters. We were very happy with all aspects of the hotel and the restaurant served different meals to suit all tastes.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Location was perfect, right next to the main shopping area. Attached restaurant was delicious and a decent price. We took the bus up from Prague (about 2 hours) and walked to the hotel (about 15 minutes) all flat and easy to navigate. Fully recommended!!
